It’s the same for me, depends on how many warm up sets I need, If i stretch etc but on average maybe 90min and like you Said Legs take longer

Just add this to your meals, it reduced sodium salt with potassium added.

Hi, we don’t have that in Sweden, it’s not lowering sodium that’s the purpose. I Use lots of Sodium and use potassium as a supplement on the side

Wouldn’t taper down to 100mg test if I were you. Just stop at 150 mg.
