    Je nach equipment gibts einen trainingsplan. Kfa will ich gleichbehalten. Gear kommt drauf an wie gross die abstriche beim training sind.

    Gibts ideen was man machen könnt, es gibt schon fast alles.

    Ich trainier wirklich nur zum spass und ohne ziel vor mich dahin quasi als therapie. Beine geht leider auf grund meiner verletzungen nicht mehr, aber der rest macht spass und es geht such vorwärts.

    Ich sehe in der offseason nicht die notwendigkeit für das androgene potential von masteron.

    Bzgl. Brot ist das in der offseason in maßen schon ok. In der diät fliegts dann raus. Da ich da generell kein fan von versrbeiteten lebensmittel bin

    Hast du eigentlich noch Daten und Vorgehen zu deinen Preps mit 74 und 86KG, wie du dort vorgegangen bist? Vielleicht auch mal interessant zu sehen, neben den vielen genetischen Freaks.

    Ideen für die Educational Sektion wären z.B wie man mit Plateaus umgeht. Wie kann man diese mit verschiedenen Variablen überwinden.
    Zur “CONTEST GEAR PROGRAMMING AND STEROID SELECTION” ein Gegenpart für die Improvment Season.
    Vielleicht auch etwas zum Gear Use im Powerlifting ?
    Wie gestaltet man das Training, Ernährung im Cruise ? Wie Mental damit umgehen?

    Hi Philipp, I have been adding and removing all my foods and testing to see what works and what doesn’t in terms of my stomach problems. I’m still in process of this but Eggs have fully been removed. Which I am heartbroken about as I love eggs ?

    Hey Kevin ! Germany locked down everything, will travel to Austria for 3 weeks to train there, can I get into Top Gym ( I recall you’re training there), do they let in visitors at the moment ?

    Hey buddy, I tend to stay away from fat post workout. I want that post workout meal to digest as quickly as possible. So I would go for a fast digesting protein like whey isolate and a fast digesting carb source like a sugary cereal. I use cold water to mix with my whey and I use almond milk to eat my cereal with. I’d rather take the calories in from carbs than the fats in the whole milk. Along with super fast digestion and absorption ready for the following solid meal as quickly as possible.

    How long do you usually wait for your meal after the post meal ?

    Simply don’t eat rice it if it causes problems. Try rice cakes or cream of rice instead. These are easy to travel with as they don’t need cooking.. you can just add cold water to cream of rice powder and eat it straight away if you don’t have a kettle or microwave available.
    Alternatively you may need to find a different carb source instead. Mashed sweet potato, bagels, muffins, wraps, oats, fruits, jams, honey, pasta..

    Does COR work with cold water ?

    Hey,
    It’s unusual to have issues with rice. How do you cook it? Switch it for something else to see if it’s definitely rice. Your stomach bile is dealing with the food but the valve leading to the oesophagus is not closing properly allowing bile up the oesophagus.

    What would be a good alternative that’s also satiating? Carbs are so high in my off season at the moment
    and rice is so easy to eat. Potatoe amounts will be silly. Maybe pasta ? Would be 2-3 pasta meals per day then. Don’t know if Cream of rice will be tasty leaven cold for hours when preparing it for work etc.

    Why do you keep asking the same questions. This has been covered n you were given the same answers

    Just weigh in the same day each week when things are normal.

    If that day changes skip it to the normal next day

    So no problem if one week my “normal day” will be Monday and next week it will be Thursday for example ?

    What’s the point of an „free“ meal when you cut out calories on other days other meals ? When condition is good it’s totally okay to have a „free“ meal from time to time! Personally I just replace one of my normal meals with this „free“ meal

    It’s a free meal. That means free of thought lol.

    Go n eat what you want with family n friends.

    Personally try n have it night before weak body parts

    do you have all of your normal meals still or take one out ?
