    Don’t weigh yourself everyday. In a push up the phase you might gain some water and fat that’s just normal. You might overthink too much. Post pics of your shape if you are unsure of your shape and what to do.

    do you weigh daily during a gaining phase ?

    your stomach simple can´t handle the cold rice, when there´s no possibilty to heat your meals maybe switch cream of rice or any rice based cereals !

    I mostly eat cereal only post workout due to the sugar, is there any harm if I eat it for another meal during the day compared to normal rice which is more complex carbs ?

    I know if they’re stored in the fridge for too long it can build resistant starch which makes it harder to digest but if you’re cooking and eating within the day you should be fine. If you meal prep your rice you might have a problem with it.
    I just cook whatever I’m using for the day in the rice cooker and keep it on the keep warm setting myself to avoid that because I was getting bloated as well

    when taking it to work I cant use that method with the rice cooker. My meals will get cold.

    Depends on the person. I can train fasted in the morning when cutting down for a long time without any negative impact on performance.

    But at some point an intra will help me tremendously when working out first thing in the morning.
    When training later in the day and having had a few meals already I don’t find it necessary. Maybe some cyclic dextrin if haven’t had many carbs in your meals before.

    Hi Philipp, you can use higher fat protein sources like beef and salmon? You could add olive oil to your meat also it shouldn’t run if it’s already on the meal. Avocado… Nuts & Nut butters are easy ones!

    Hi Philipp, yes yes ofcourse. I wouldn’t heat olive oil in the microwave. Personally I would eat it cold. However if you must keep it warm can you take a small bottle of oil with you and be careful with it? And add after you’ve reheated?

    Will try to do it this way Louis, yes. Can other oils be heated in the microwave for example coconut oil ?

    Hey Stefan ! Wieviel Fett und Ballaststoffe sollte ich in der Post Mahlzeit maximal zuführen ? Sind nur fette und Ballaststoffe durch indirekte Quellen der Cornflakes etc., da diese ja auch etwas beinhalten und bei höheren Mengen summiert sich das etwas.

    2 things.
    One it’s of a very very high quality n manufacturing
    Second is that I only have 1 scoop or 1.5 training days.
    To much n it may still cause issues.

    In deinem neuen Video bei Fabian erzählst du auch etwas von Minicut und einen Schritt zurück um 2 nach vorne zu machen. Klingt so als ob du im Minicut auf Cruise Dosis gehst? Oder wie handhabst du das ?

    Hey, i would have test at 400 to 500mg. Larger bodybuilders may increase to 750 or even 1g. I probably wouldn’t run tren e unless coming up to a contest. I like NPP as you can run a good amount with minimal sides, the same goes for primo. Bold is good for appetite if you struggle with that. Ratio i would go
    500mg
    400mg npp
    400mg primo

    Could you also run Drosta instead of primo ? Differents in this compounds ?

    Could you also use Drosta/primo as low dose (200mg as an example) , theoretically you raise total amount of drugs —> more gains ?
