Hi! Thats the point of diet we are tight now where weight goes slowly up!
Aus welchem Grund soll der Intra Shake erst nach 20min begonnen werden ? Und bis wann sollte er ausgetrunken sein?

On every machine wether it’s flat chest press, incline chest press or shoulder press I sit with my ass completely into the back of the seat. I feel more locked in this way and feel like I’m hitting the bodypart I’m using in the particular movement more directly. Personally I believe if you’re pushing your ass out the pad on a an incline chest press. You are pretty much doing a flat press. That’s just my opinion though, could be due to injury and flexibility purposes.

that depends a little on the athlete and how much mass he carries!
set up one intermediate:
2,5 hours before meal with all nutrients ( about 80 carbs, 40 protein, some fat)
45 min before an isolate shake
intra is the best combo to date sustain and mps max ( i would go for 2 servings sustain, and 1 mps max)
right after 100g cereals ( less than 3% fat) and about 50g isolat
45-60min later a meal with all nutrients like before
if you are heavier:
i will also have some carbs as cream of rice with the isolate but then about 1 hour before
and intra 3 or even 4 servings sustain

Für mich is es paradox wenn ich zum beispiel cornfalkes mit iso und dann fettarme milch nehme. Ich kauf für tueres geld ein isolat wo laktose und fett rausgefiltert wurden und geb dann wieder milch dazu.
Verdauungstexhnisch wird fettfreie milch kein problem sein.
Wenn ichs mit wasser und iso nicht mag würd ich reismilch nehmen_________________________________________

Ja meinte ja pflanzliche Milch, also Kokos, Reis etc welche Laktosefrei ist und unter 1g fett -
I weigh myself once in the offseason. Saturday morning, fasted, job done.

Is there a reason for that because an average will always be more accurate than 1-2 weigh ins since you also could have some fluctuations on these 2 weigh ins -

mein Testo liegt auf TRT mit 25mg EOD derzeit bei 28 nmol/l, also an der natürlichen Obergrenze. Will in wenigen Wochen meinen 1. Cycle starten. Wieviel mg würdest du wöchentlich ansetzen basierend auf meinen Leveln mit 25mg EOD ? Dachte an 75mg Montag, Mittwoch, Freitag. Denkst du das geht in Ordnung ? Bin ja derzeit bei ~87.5mg Pro woche und wäre dann bei 225mg pro Woche.

I would just miss those weigh ins if it’s only a couple of times a month. If I’m right, you’re in a gaining phase now, so just base your progress on the average weigh ins of a week instead of daily.
