    My EAAS only contain 54g protein per 100g powder

    M1 22,5 F
    M2 22,5 F
    M3 0 F
    M4 10 F
    M5 15 F

    If you are worry about velocity digestion in the post w.o. meal I can tell you that 10 gr of fat won’t do that, and overall what is more important it’s your adherence to your daily macro intake!

    So 10g of Fat wont slow down digestion ?

    Hi Philipp. You seem to have answered your own question. Machines are fixed so it makes sense that someone who is taller would have it set at a different height compared to someone shorter. Think Jamie and Jordan as an example. Also, relative to individual limb length and also how they move compared to someone else. Just need to find what works for you and progress it. The important thing is are you feeling it in the target muscle and making the progress? There’s a difference between making it easier and adapting the machine to your own makeup.

    If I seat in a height that my shoulders are same height if not lower than the grips I find it perfect.

    If my shoulder are higher than the grips I find it very hard to keep my shoulder locked in just because they’re so high compared to the grips where to force come from

    Read that you worked doors a few years back and this also during the night, did you feel working nights effecting Bodybuilding very much and recovery ?

    Yeah it’s a awful working doors wasn’t too bad but full on night shift is how you remain SMALL

    -M1 130 C
    -M2 130 C
    -M3 60 C
    -M4 200 C
    -M5 200 C
    or I would think to add another meal if it’s possible!

    Alright ! And how should I split up my fat, got 75g per day

    I feel based on digestion timings alone no one should be eating a solid meal 60-90 minutes pre gym. Due to my slow transit issues I eat 2 hours pre gym then utilise pre aminos n Haribo sweets on way gym or carb powder then Aminos n carb powder Intra

    When eating a solid meal 3h Pre and then a little pre meal 45mins Pre Workout should I keep this little meal absolutely fat free ?

    Likely food choices. It may be a case of eliminating certain foods one at a time to find the culprit. Were you experiencing it before adding the vinegar and enzymes as these aren’t necessarily effective for everyone? Stress, poor sleep, hydration, stimulant and other supplement use could also be possible causes.
    Try to figure out when you feel the discomfort, keep a diary and work back to figure out what the issue could be.

    Thing is I’m not eating any other foods than I did before. Maybe the calorie deficit and less food itself is the cause and my body needs time to adjust to higher amounts again.

    Yup. There could be an argument that for some one of your weight or my weight that is lifting For 45-90 minutes and in a surplus is never getting depleted n thus has no need for a super fast Pwo meal.
    Long as you eat protein n carbs you will replenish fine and at your level the difference between cereal n iso n steak n potato is doing jack diff.
    Could likely right you a whole paper on it.
    However as I n others keep pointing out to you. These little details truly don’t matter in the grand scheme. Eat what you enjoy n digest well n you will grow fantastic
