    Insane Legsession today?
    Went up to 8 1/2 pps on the precor hacksquat. Took everything out of me. Had to beat Markus on the backoffset so I did 7pps for 14 reps.
    Solid session these rotation we will stick to know.
    Week 1: Squat, Squatmachine
    Week 2: Hacksquat, Linear hackpress
    as main moves?
    Fullsession added in the pic below

    Seems like not a ton of volume for quads, great to see that such approaches work too !

    3 tablespoons butter.
    300g marshmallows,
    200g Rice Krispies.
    Line a cake tin with baking paper.
    Melt butter, then add the marshmallows and stir constantly until melted.
    Stir in the Rice Krispies, then transfer to the tin and press down to compact mixture.
    Place in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour.
    Once set, remove from the fridge and lift out of the tin using the baking paper.
    Cut into squares.

    What impact is the fat having do you think ?
    IMO pwo if you are using intra up to 10g fat is no issue at all.

    Ich bin immer ganz simpel unterwegs je nach muskelmasse
    250-750 testo die woche
    Dazu
    200-600 entweder npp, bolde oder primo
    Das wars bei mir in der regel.
    Bei fabi reicht 500 testo und 300 primo in der off season um die arnolds zu gewinnen

    Drosta nutzt du im Aufbau gar nicht ? Lowdose 100-200mg für mehr Wohlfühlen durch das DHT ? Welche Vorteile hat Primo gegenüber Drosta für dich ?

    Bei Offseason dosen , wann würdest du in den Cruise wechseln ? Oder gerne auch mal die Dosen 6-12 Monate , kurze Cruise dann Onseason gehen oder wie ist hier das Vorgehen von Offseason zu Onseason? Wann cruist du?

    Those choices ain’t that bad but there are better ones.
    Good old chicken n rice lol
    Ground rice / cream of rice mixed with whey n nut butter/coconut oil with jam eaten cold
    Total Greek yogurt with whey and rice cakes
    Ground oats or rice flour with isolate and extra virgin rapeseed oil for a shake options
    Tuna mayo wrap.

    Tbh i stay braced for all of the movement. As soon as you let it go you lose all structure and interstitial pressure required to make the movement with force and of course form.
