Insane Legsession today?
Went up to 8 1/2 pps on the precor hacksquat. Took everything out of me. Had to beat Markus on the backoffset so I did 7pps for 14 reps.
Solid session these rotation we will stick to know.
Week 1: Squat, Squatmachine
Week 2: Hacksquat, Linear hackpress
as main moves?
Fullsession added in the pic belowSeems like not a ton of volume for quads, great to see that such approaches work too !

300g marshmallows,
200g Rice Krispies.
Line a cake tin with baking paper.
Melt butter, then add the marshmallows and stir constantly until melted.
Stir in the Rice Krispies, then transfer to the tin and press down to compact mixture.
Place in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour.
Once set, remove from the fridge and lift out of the tin using the baking paper.
Cut into squares._________________________________________

Oder gerne auch mal die Dosen 6-12 Monate , kurze Cruise dann Onseason gehen oder wie ist hier das Vorgehen von Offseason zu Onseason? Wann cruist du?

Tbh i stay braced for all of the movement. As soon as you let it go you lose all structure and interstitial pressure required to make the movement with force and of course form.

Any tips for staying braced on a chest supported row ? The pressure on my stomach gets so high sometimes when bracing against the pad
