With that out out n the fact your trying to grow id be having carbs in each meal.
I think from another thread you said your moving from cut to grow.
You should really have your goals etc in this thread to.
If I was real lean n doing 20k steps a day n training ass off id be having carbs in every meal bar maybe pre bed.
So carb meal maybe 8pm but not 10pm._________________________________________

Are you a fan of eating less on days where activity isn’t as high ? If it’s just one day obviously won’t make any difference right?
And when having carbs every meal except last meal on rest day, obviously fats will be higher on rest day, is there a problem to have meals with higher carb and fat combined ?
_________________________________________

Because you also need saturated fat which it has or am I wrong ?
Also im talking about fat reduced cheese with 16gfat/100g
So you think combining cheese with rice for example wouldn’t be good ?
_________________________________________

Alright ! When I increase my weekly total calories, is it better to increase them on both training and rest days or just training days ? -
A banana and Whey Iso shake with a little coconut oil will be easier to digest or like AJ says, start sipping your intra on your way to the gym. Have a decent whole food meal post and pay attention to the pre bed meal the night before. Making this meal carb heavy will help to fuel the following morning’s session.

I don’t know how many carbs you have to play with in your plan. Just make sure you place some pre-bed. Experiment with amounts and sources to see what works best in terms of sleep and performance the next day._________________________________________

When preparing meals with oil for later, do you take the oil in a separate box or already put it on your meal when preparing ? -

I would definitely just wake and go straight into my Intra if I was training that early buddy.
Start sipping on way to gym ?I’m just not a fan of drinking calories especially coming out of a cut I’d like to eat my calories

Lucky you. That’s still a lot of food.
I would add 500 to T days n 250 to R days. Assess in 7 days_________________________________________

Hey,
It’s very low carb so won’t have a negative affect on insulin sensitivity

Is there a threshold at how much carbs insulin sensitivity gets touched ?
