    As jimmy says sounds like could be some alignment issue. I’d get in with a good osteopath or chiro and get assessed

    Hey philipp
    In the rebound phase the most “anabolic” tool we have is food.
    I would personally use the food and get the most out of your bodys response from that first and before things start dropping off then add the test. This way you will get two peaks. The first from the food and then from the anabolics.

    I would start the cycle n hit the food also.
    Your 200mg is barely a cycle but based on bloods will put your just over natural range so I wouldn’t class this as going on cycle just maximising Trt to get the most gains from the additional food.

    85mg per week puts me at the top end of normal so 200 should easily double that

    How many grams per day do you think are reasonable for joint and tendon healing purposes ?

    I do just over 2 g per meal spread across 6 meals and 1 intra workout pretty easy and not really a high amount should probably be more tbh

    Does nothing to the look but helps with Performance a ton imo

    Nothing else changes… salt is under consumed by most especially athletes

    Kuba do you use LoSalt too ? Or just regular ?

    As all green veg costs as much to digest as it contains in kcal I don’t n never have counted it.

    Just be carful of things like beetroot , carrots , butternut squash as these do contain carbs / sugars.

    So you also don’t Count the calories in the green veg ?

    I just said I wouldn’t alter my kcal based on expenditure bud.

    Wether MyFitnessPal says it or Fitbit I keep my daily intake as it should be n assess whey needed.

    Adjusting daily based on activity on general is just daft.

    I would not add food just COs I walked to the park lol.

    Now today I’m at 20K plus compared to 8k. I still don’t adjust. If I was growing I made ads a free meal.

    So when there are days that are crazy higher in Terms of activity I could just add a free meal ?

    Depends on your goal. That is not normal is it but it’s really hot going to burn that many more kcal either unless it’s hiking.

    If it’s a one off then there is no need to micro manage.

    If it is a regular 2-4 x a week then you will need to adapt plan based on results.

    I’m going round Trafford Center today. No need to change my plan just COs I’m walking more.

    However if I was in a heavy growth phase I would likely have a relaxed meal while out as I know the expenditure as a one off will allow the additional kcal to keep my income n outgoing balance

    Do you track your steps ? How much calories will you put on top for 5k steps for example ?

    Don’t over complicate it. M
    Pick a kcal goal n macro split.
    Monitor it weekly n then adapt. The activity adjustment is not accurate n just complicated things. I have never taken notice of this.

    Hi Philipp, my daily activity is also very differently but I wouldn´t adjust my caloric intake daily. If your weekly overall caloric intake is higher than your output you will not be in a deficit.

    Yes but my concern is that then maybe some days I’m in a greater than wanted surplus and some days in less than wanted yielding not optimal results
