Thanks bud !
And this cuff fits your arm since it’s only up to 42cm ?
No, I use one from NHS
It will probably be ok for you.
There is lots of links online mate if it doesn’t fit you just buy one bigger
So you’re just using the omron monitor and a different cuff from the nhs that fits on the monitor ?
Does it have automatic 3 readings ?
Every single one gives you the same reading. Blood pressure covers stat of systolic and diastolic impossible to get one that doesn’t cover it
Cuff is irrelevant use a cuff you can fit in doesn’t really matter.
To answer your question again, multiple readings will be taken that’s what blood pressure monitor does
If you are unsure of how it works or process YouTube it buddy if you are looking to test your self.
Sounds like your trying to overcomplicate a simple process

Ok thanks Kuba !
The monitor I am using gives me a reading when I start it but stops after one reading obviously.
Then I have to start it again, but it doesn’t take 3 readings in a row automatically that’s what I mean.Does the one you linked do that ?

Good morning Peter !
When trying to implement different supplements to lower blood pressure like Hibiscus tea, love heart, Citrulline or beetroot, can I just add in all at once or would you add in one at a time to see what effect every single supplement has ?Thank you !

Okay bud ! How often do you check your blood pressure ?
Once every couple of weeks, my blood pressure is always on the lower side but I still check it to be sure.
Okay. And do you take multiple measurements in a row when checking ?
Every quality blood pressure monitor measures them all not just one
What monitor are you using? -

My father had blood pressure issues when he was my age I think. I am only on TRT for 3 years now.
So you think I can start my first cycle with that numbers and try to improve it on cycle ?

How much cardio do you do?
What is body comp like?
Are you taking any supplements for this?
The reading is not cause for concern at all but could be a little better
Body comp is great, just coming out of a cut.
Cardio is 2x25min per week. Supplement wise just the basics like fish oil, magnesium, D3/K2, zinc.Maybe also genetics.

Do you have any tips for correctly measuring blood pressure ? I am using an XL cuff but I get crazy reading differences… 10-15 systolic difference within minutes, but I am also pretty „excited“ when measuring it because I am freaking out it’s always high…
Had 140-150 this morning 2x and third time 123.. evening 150 then 140 and 136
Your not meant to use them within minutes of each reading bud – above you ever read there instructions bud?
My understanding was to take the average of 3 readings that are 1-2min apart?
From my understanding taking readings so close together on the machines gives odd/false reads bud
As you are potentially seeing?
Usually the first reading is off, the second and third are closer together. Anyway will see how it goes.In terms of vital support and the IP6 which hinders mineral absorption I ready somewhere, should I take it away from food ?

Hey Kuba ! At when time should I take vital support because of the IP6 that’s in there since it’s hindering absorption of minerals I read one should take it away from food ?

Supp Kuba!!!!!
Could you please share your thoughts on how to lower high hematocrite or prevent it from increasing much besides giving blood???
Maybe something could be done regarding to iron absorption but I don’t know 100% about it.
Thanks beast!!
IP6 can be helpful as well as telmisartan !
