The liver values will be elevated from training, these are normal readings

What would be abnormal readings/numbers for ALT/AST indicating real liver problems ?

What is the question here ? Your bloods are great, as expected for trt

Hey Jordan ! Hilly said my HbA1c would be not good as well as liver should be lower before a cycle. Whats your take on that ?

Also why 2 threads ? To cause confusion. This would be much more effective in one

The App uploaded twice I just posted one time originally 😀

Hey Kuba ! How does Stefan go about caloric increases during off season ? Only when scale and/or performance stalls or always if body comp. allows it and weight or strength could go up a bit quicker ?

regards

This has been covered so much.
If your trying to grow muscle the scale must go up
Strength must go up
Training must progress for strength to go up
Food must progress for weight to go up n muscle to grow
How much is person depending
Personally 4-6lb a month is ample on average of overall weight
If pushing gear this may be more in short spells

I find 4-6 lbs a month seems a lot for someone who’s been training 10 years and will only be able to build so little muscle every year
You find 1lb a week to be to much on someone who’s taking “physiological “ levels of test and you’re in a gaining phase your not in the right game mate. Stop asking crazy amounts of questions then not agreeing with the answers.
When taking physiological levels you won’t built so much more muscle than a natty would if he’s in physiological range too.

There is research available showing after a few years of training you will be lucky to gain like 0.5-1kg of muscle a year ! Why should I put that weight on in just a week ? This will be pure fat

If you are growing and getting stronger there is never a need to increase food. Rinse the hell out of each phase before you make adjustments.
If weight stalls, performance stalls and your body fat/composition allows it then add more calories to move things along

That makes sense ! Maybe I am chasing too much progress to quickly.

I’ve been training for 10 years now. The last 3 years on TRT. No blasts etc just physiological levels of test.

Gaining for 3 months now and scale weight continuously goes up. Strength does too but some trainings I’m just able to match reps and normally I get 1 rep more than last time.

What would you describe as progress one should make on a week to week basis ?
