Hey Oscar ! Do you currently take in any polyunsaturated fat sources like sunflower seed ? If so how much of your total fat intake do they make up ?

After this diet once I get down to 250 ish I plan to run higher fats again, looking to get 150-200g a day largely from polys and see how this impacts on new growth when pushing up from 250 back to 280. Corinne was able to hit 190 leaner than she was at 180 last off season and Oscar the same hit all time new high weight much leaner than before.
Do you think it’s more about total poly intake or percentage of total fat intake ?

Why doubling it again if levels will be double above normal range for example ? I will most likely plenty of gains out of doubling it once, i could save another increase in dosage for the next blast or not ?

I think its more dependent on how strong one got, since getting stronger will demand more recovery which in return will only let you train with lower frequency and or volume per session, so you will have to split your volume over more sessions and thus need to change your split

Hey, yes a good start would be to double your test and utilise it as much as you can before considering another compound like primo or npp.
Do you think just doubling it to 180mg per week would be sufficient or should I go straight to 200mg ?

Yes not being able/or even getting less reps than last week in later movements, not only isolation but compounds too, for example progressing a single arm row after I already progressed my lat pulldowns.

Not of the rice is only 48 hours old
Once rice is longer than this it develops starch n causes digestion issues [/quote]
And the starch formation just starts 48h upwards ? I always start farting when eating rice cold no matter if it’s 10h or 24 -

Yes I place a reasonable amount of carbs pre bed to fuel my workout the next morning, and I just love to eat a little more in the evening.
