Probably better to split that dose into 2 pins a week. I’d say low estrogen or big spike in estrogen. Answer; bloodwork

Phil, I suggest you work with a physician doctor.

The neurotransmitter profile is normal BUT as I said before these results will give absolutely no indication towards how sensitive or insensitive your receptors are.

Alright will do, sadly from previous experience in Australia they’ll either hand me a subscription for cialis or says its in your head. Will see how it goes second time round

You want the complete neurotransmitter profile.
HVA is only one possibility.
Also knowing the metabolites will do nothing to show neuronal sensitivity….

For me the main important things are

Cardio

Proper hydration – 5-6 litres daily

Sea salt meals

Not eating crap food sources

Then the following supps can help

Hibiscus – from flavoured tea

Celery seed extract

Dandelion root

I use these if BP gets a little high from AAS use etc.

Keeping fitness up n overall health first n foremost.

Would dehydration cause increased heart rate?

I assume the heavier you the more litres of water required throughout the day?

I have called the labs here in Australia and they say only thing available here is;
HVA
Urinary catecholamines 24hr test
5HIAA

– they’ve sent me a screenshot of what the results will look like….

That’s because taking Tyrosine wont directly increase Dopamine if the neurons are firing correctly……

I’ve looked at Dutch website, is Homovanillic acid test (urinary) the test you’re referring to?

And ASIH is not “cured” with time off.

The neurotransmitter receptors need time to adjust to current androgen level or go back to the high levels they were exposed to.

Also need to figure out where your dopamine is going to and how its being metabolized.

This can be done as I’ve explained in other posts using a DUTCH urinary analysis.

Thanks Dean, I’ll look into Dutch Test.

There’s a test available here in Australia that is called Homovanillic acid test for dopamine? Would that be similar or worth getting done?
I have also been taking tyrosine to see if improvement for last couple weeks – no improvement

Yeah defo sounds like ASIH, try some stuff to improve blood flow, cialis I find works for me but constant use of that has its own issues, so id trial citrulline and nitric products first but if you’ve been reading deans stuff you’ll know most of this already
.

As for the “why me” comment, why do some people get cancer and others don’t, why do some people have the ability to grow huge slabs of muscle and some don’t, just the hand you were dealt by your parents tbh

I assume only way to reverse ASIH is a long extended time off everything?
Have used citrulline and didn’t see much improvement. Cialis on the other hand works great for wood

Do you have your most recent blood work?

Please list your time on/off/cruise/blasting and doses with compounds to get an idea of what you’ve been doing
