@louis-moylan is it only training days your fasted walks are? wud there be much difference between fasted and post workout cardio ? for blood glucose readings is 4.5 the normal standard reading per person at any given time that’s why anything under is the aim?

had my estro checked and it came back at 66 pmol on 750 test e and 600eq using aromasin 12.5mg mon wed fri. Im surprised its come back so low but def right as all my joints and cracking and aching. is 12.5mg aromasin twice weekly ok from here or is eod needed at 6.25mg to stay in my system and not be goin up and down ? also is simply lowering my dose enough to raise up my estro or is sum back off time needed first since so low ?

when coming out of a mini cut into a gaining phase , I take it I should adjust calories in slow increments by lets say 300 calories on training days for a few weeks or until I the scales stops moving up then add let’s say another 300 cals . but given this how would one insure your not holding back too much either and not making the most of your blast ? I presume I should go by weekly workout performance also to insure the log book is goin up or anything else?
also for your new offseason diet I think I calculated total calories on training days at 4300 to 3100 rest days . how is the amount of calories dropped determined? is it performaced based . eg if you were using less than 3100 cals on rest days but that was putting you backwards in recovery and in the log book youd up your calories higher to the least amount needed to help recovery /log book on rest days ? -

jordan I’ve never used primo but def goin to in the future so when you say does the primo feel right ,what characteristics are you talking about? as I know it’s a very side effects free drug . for eg. tren = sweating / lack of sleep . test = bloat / weight gain .

No you don’t need to go all the way down to stage ready, but I don’t really see anyone that does that , can you name me someone you think has tidied upto legit stage ready to push back up? And I will be willing to bet it’s still 10-15 pounds off actual stage ready . kuba had a good example of a client a few weeks back on his instagram.

Adjust your cals however you need to to fit your goals, you have answered your own question in terms of what you want. If you want to stay lean year round don’t expect to ever really get much bigger , if you do, eat more

is this without getting too carried away too much , eg not goin over 12% bodyfat offseason to stay more insulin sensitive before cutting down to push forward again. I see lots going as low in bodyfat as competition ready to put themselves in an ideal position for offseason phase, is getn that lean necessary if not competing and only looking to grow?

Warm up doing the movement, don’t do a different movement to warm up for another movement it makes no sense. 1st excercise if I’m pressing it’s generally 3/4 sets for me

I’ve tried to respond with an uploaded pic but it wont for sum reason. you cud be right but it just seems I’m eating so little compared to my appetite I get using ass and training hard. i also eat clean and see others never counting calories eating clean or training as hard and no problem but I’ll get bodyfat checked and reduce calories
Everyone is different buddy, I get you eat clean but I used to eat clean and still put too much on bodyfat so it’s a case of good management. Testosterone is a hormone we all produce naturally not a single male can respond badly to it it’s just not possible, dm me a pic on Instagram and we can take it from there buddy. Il always be honest with you as it’s in my interest for everyone to make progress!

as regards the insulin use without hgh (only pwo you advised)you said no. I asked the same question to milos sarcev and ben chow who gave me a yes answer. can I ask you reasons for your answer? wud it produce too much excess weight in fat/water without hgh to help keep the fat down ? [/quote]
I said no to insulin throughout day without gh. Use insulin pre or post without gh yes but don’t over use there is absolutely no need for you to use it any other time if gh isn’t involved.

Hey Joe,
How long are you planning to cruise for and what will be your dosage. I’m currently cruising on 250ml of test E for 8 weeks, never tried this approach before so interested to see how it plays out. Also I hear a lot of athletes using masteron on a bulking cycle I always used it pre contest, is it something you now do? Would it be to keep the estrogen levels in check ?
Loving the videos, the one of you returning to talk to the school kids was inspirational, That’s what the sport should be about.

Hey James thanks for the nice comments bud. Well I’m currently not on a cruise. We’re continuing to blast at 750mg test e and 700 mast e to take full advantage of this rebound phase. This will allow me to eat more. Train harder and longer and generally build more muscle – which is what my feedback was. (Need to be bigger) … I’ll cruise 7 weeks post show on 3/350mg test e for 8 weeks, get bloods and if all good blast and push again. 125kg is the goal this off season (whilst being lean ish)
Mast isn’t an AI but it has AI properties so will help when running higher test on cycle. Also means you don’t age to run as high an AI if you weren’t using mast. Hope that helps bud ????____________________________
