    I tested the magnus prima with a roid test and it came back as nandrolone. No wonder my mate held water on the stuff. The clen is garbage also. Magnus has not been good to me ha ha will avoid in future and its expensive stuff

    Its certainly hits the traps and lower back when you use a decent weight i was shocked how physically demanding it is. Hits your Hams glutes abs lower back upper back. Good excersise
