Jordan, you mentioned in a q and a about how you build your strength with small increases over time starting 0.5kg then working up to 5kg at same reps, eg 400 x 10, then if you want 11 reps, take off the 5kg for 11, then repeat. Would the 400 now start at 405, then add the 0.5 per session..

Sas, when looking at jordans log, when he writes 15, 9, 6, you know he has added weight each set due to wanting to be fully warm and ready for the lower rep set due to injury potential, then when you see a 7, 11,16, you know he felt good and went heavy 1st and lightened weight as he went up in reps. Do you follow something along those lines when looking at your workouts..Thanks

This thread is going to be a classic, just like dante’s “cycles for pennies”.. Jordan, you are going to inspire alot of people with this, because alot of lifters have a mental block with down sizing, and being able to follow along your journey is fantastic…

Corinne, a bit of a half question, half observation..what are your thoughts on doing youre heavy pull at the end as opposed to 1st in your session. Are you wanting to be as fresh as possible for it, as opposed to doing it at the end and not being gassed out for your other back moves..

Jamie, on your latest back video, is there a reason other than max power you do your hip movement first as opposed to last, where you could finish with that and get out and not worry about fatigue on your other back movements..

Jamie, if during your training cycle you decided to deload for awhile, meaning 10 days to 2 weeks, do you ever lower dosages at that time, or is the only time you lower dosages is during your cruise for 6 weeks.

Jordan, just one question regarding frequency since it has been coming up alot in your videos. I know you have been heavily influenced by dante and dr scott in your early years, but as you have progressed in bodybuilding, would there ever be a place for you to hit bodyparts 2 times a week at a even lower volume then you do now, similar to a 2 way dc split, or with the size you have built would that not be enough stimulation to progress.

Jordan, thanks for adding the weight numbers with the reps on your workouts, gives a good insight as to what your thinking about how much to add or subtract to hit your numbers. On your current diet, on your rest day, your last meal has your carbs for the day and you mention how it helps with sleep, but also sets you up for your training the next day. Do you think that could hold true doing it that way if one was in a prep or general dieting down…

Jordan, i went back thru your log and did not find the answer to my question. When you list restpause on your training, it looks like this 12-6-3 for example and obviously staying at same weight. When i see 12/10/7 are those straights sets and then adding weight for each set, or are you maxing out a weight at 12 reps, resting than maxing out again at same weight for 10 ect…

James, i had a question from your precontest log that i did not ask regarding your cardio. You were following a push, pull, off legs off repeat schedule and at one point you were doing cardio 5 days a week. I did see anything saying you were doing cardio on off or low days, and if you did not, what was the reasoning behind it..

James, with your current setup with quads once a week, are you still rotating excersizes or progressing with the same ones till they stagnate…

Sas, great log and interesting outlook on training etc. Notice you are not doing a intra workout drink. I know jordan and james are big on that, but since chris is doing your diet, is there a reason you are not having it…

If some of you guy’s would go back to page one and read all the pages, alot of your questions would be answered and you would learn things that you were not even thinking about, there is a wealth of info on those pages. Same with the video’s, do some digging in here and you will be way ahead of the game…this is not a dig on anybody, your paying for info and jordan and his team are giving alot more for what he is charging….
