James, in following yours and jordans blogs, you are still on set macro’s both training and rest days and your macro’s are the same no matter what bodyparts you are training. Jordan was the same as you, but has switched to a set carb cycle which has different carb amounts for different bodyparts. Any reason why you are not going this route in your prep..

Jordan, why the full on carbcycle at this stage of prep. You seemed to be coming down at a good rate with set carbs on training days and lower on rest with a refeed once in a while. Usually with carb cycling most guys start a prep where you are now with carbs and adjust down as they go or add more low days….

James,2 questions. Have you ever carb cycled in the sense of adding low days as your diet progresses to where at the end of a diet you are having say 1 highday a week, 1 or 2 medium days and the rest low days. I find the fat loss is great, but strength suffers when trying to train on the low carb days, any thoughts on this..also i noticed jordan has a rest day then back, then rest, you go with legs instead, personal preference or…Thanks for your time..

Jordan, on back day,you go width, thickness, width, thickness, with your first 2 moves your heavy hitters, why do you prefer this over doing both width movements then both thickness moves…

Jordan, on leg days why not just go heavy every time with your rotations like in DC training. Is it a cns issue, recovery issue, joint issue or simply just like the feel of a lighter day, but not easier..

Jordan, on you’re push day, the shoulder iso work is done after the tri isolated work, any reason why you just don’t do it after chest iso..

Jordan, youre iso work falls after you hit youre main compound moves for chest, shoulder, and tri’s. Is this so you have max power for youre 1st 3 movements or just a personal choice..

Jordan, i have been with your site for a good while and am very impressed with the content you provide. On your current split, i see on the pull push leg days you rotate movements 3 times like dc training, but the upper lower days, do they have a seperate rotation or are they part of the 3 rotated movements…

Jordan,i have trained dc style on and off ever since dante’s hardcore muscle magazine days which was pre cycle for pennies. Im looking to give scotts fortitude training a go, but just have a general question. Why are you able to train more frequency with ft as opposed to dc. Is it because the rest pauses are heavy loading every workout with dc and the cns and joints need more time to recover, or something else…Thankyou

How about talking about the strengths of both dc and fortitude training. Your comparison of the 2 in regards to your body development over the years..

Jordan, there was some questions asked on the 17th that you might have missed about training styles. Your site is top notch and you guys adding more video’s and content makes this a incredible value for the money….

This question is for jordan or corinne or both. I’ve read you’re article on hiit training and it covered bike sprints, sprints running, prowler and tire flips. What about stairmaster, same type of setup, 15-20 sec allout with 2 min cruise or do you prefer another way. On a side note, you have a great site, loads of real world info…….
