Brilliant thank you guys for your replies and will be dieting down to 15% BF re checking my bloods and going from there thank you for your replies
You need to diet and get lean, getting too fat is equally as damaging as getting too
Lean for your actual endocrine systemDon’t consider any try until you get healthy and in shape

I have always had big legs and a wide back. Doing a Recomp currently. Just sent off for my bloods. My last blood test last year put my testosterone level at 10.7 if is comes back lower was debating running a course of TRT for around 6-8 weeks. I’ve been back training and health diet for around 4 weeks. I don’t want to rush anything but have found that I do suffer from all the symptoms associated with Low Test. I’m doing 10k steps per day training with a trainer 4 days a week and doing 3 x 30 minute cardio on rest days as well as the 10k steps. This is the diet my coach has me on “https://imgur.com/a/cGmqVmi”

Awesome thanks for your reply.
If you feel best taking it at a certain time then continue to do that. Even if its placebo you still feel good so your winning. I don’t do high dose with supps as I end up just shitting myself. Everyone has a sweet spot so if you have found yours then you have begun instinctive bodybuilding.

That makes a lot of sense thank you for replying <3
A lot of people wrongly associated magnesium with a night time supplement , and then have linked the idea that magnesium makes you tired
What it really does is, before bed it helps you sleep , but on wake it helps wake you up . That is the role of all minerals , they will act in accordance with whatever the body needs to be doing , so you wake up, you hydrate efficiently – minerals help you achieve that

Hi Jordan,
Thank you for your reply. I never considered that before I suffer from mental health quite a bit and have a lot of health anxiety because of this. So it is probable that when looking at how other people feel off it, has affected how I feel on it. My wife has started taking hers in the morning and has found it makes her much more energetic. I find mine works best on a night-time. I think for right now I will keep going the way I am and look to start increasing the amount as my mental health starts to get better with my change of diet and training.
No , minerals shouldn’t do that at all . They play a role in all major processes , much like sodium and potassium . The food you eat all has magnesium in. So is it possible there is some sort of placebo going on because you expected to feel a certain way ?
-
Ace thank you is it normal to make you feel sluggish and tired or ?
I take mine on wake , some in my Intra via performance fuel , post workout in tbe unwind product , post post meal and then final meal before bed via dream sleep . It’s a mineral , like sodium / potassium , using it through the day is the most sensible way to use it

Just ordered both after reading your message so thank you for replying is working out the calorie deficit for a woman the same as a guy or can you give me a method to use ?
Hey Robert,
I would firstly start by getting some current blood work as hormones can change a lot in the space of 3 years.
Have a structured nutrition plan for her to follow with a daily step target.
Have you considered getting an exercise bike at home so cardio can be added in? Potentially some DB’s etc so some home workouts can be done if not able to get to the gym until September. This will help hugely

Thats great thank you all for taking the time to reply
