Hi max no , no kneeling involved it all came about after starting to train legs correctly twice per week , I feel it was the hack squat it stemmed from

MemberSeptember 12, 2022 at 5:24 pm in reply to: prepatellar bursitis houseMaids knee effecting leg dayYou want to keep mobile and actively use the affected leg to encourage blood flow and healing to the knee, but initially you need to let the inflammation subside a little with some rest, cold therapy and anti-inflammatory supplements. Natural products such as Cure-Coming and Join-In will help too. I would do some short walks and movements that take the joint through full ROM, without heavy loading, such as bodyweight squats and light leg extensions.
Compression knee sleeves while training will also help to protect and keep the joint warm.
Bursitis is often caused by repetitive friction, which can be down to tight musculature around the joint, so once you’re able to, I would get regular soft tissue work to help free up the area around the joint.

Agree with Kuba here.
I would want to see you drop a good 6kg minimum here likely more before looking to push up again –
So we agree that allow 8weeks to push harder in an deficit aiming for 6kg loss
Maintain for 4 week
Then push up for 15week in a surplus enough to gain .5-1lbs per week
Maintain for 4 week
Then repeat ?

I personally wouldn’t give blood with hematocrit there unless BP is high, that’s an adaptive level – that’s increased red blood cells delivering more oxygenated and nutrient rich blood to muscles – why lower that when it’s barely over range .
Liver enzymes are still high from the oral use – very normal , I advise vital support by us to lower it
The gyno will likely be from the tren
Your test is also underdosed
I would add love heart in aswell alongside vital to help lipid profile

Get that cardio to daily first.
Taper steps up to 13-15K.
make sure to have a refeed when needed based on performance and fatigue.
You can get the rest off while on this Cruise dose

I have a come along way from where I was so it would be a shame to not push harder for the last hurdle, I’ve never ever had abs so it’s the aim

Test 175mg / mast 145mg / tren 145mg total per week split M/W/F 10week cycle
40mcg clen for 4weeks of the above cycleI will now be on trt as of today at 125mg test and 100mg mast per week

IMO more drugs are not the answer. Your already taking a good mix of drugs and they have aided you in getting were you are as your not doing alot for your output at all.
20 minutes of cardio and 6-8k steps is less than I have every client doing in the off season.
You can ramp this up drastically over time and get exactly were you need to be without adding a single drug. Of that I am certain.
I am all for using drugs when they are needed but in your case you simply need to do more and increase output this way not by adding in drugs to do that for you.
I would get cardio at 30 minutes daily straight off the bat and get those steps to 10k daily. This will see a drastic drop in body fat over time.
You can then move to 40 minutes and 12k steps etc etc.
unless there is some drastic reason why you simply can’t do any more which is impossible TBH then this is without a doubt the best route.
If you do all of this and then still want more off then you could look at adding in one of the above.

Yeah I agree with what you’ve said totally I’ve tried to keep drugs as low as I can as you can see from the above

Do your research on t3 see if its something you want to start
For me I’ve used both
I’d start at 25mg t3 , with potential to bump to 37.5 and then finally to 50. I dont like going over 50
Shouldnt have an issue mate starting at 40 clen but if you have any anxiety ect then I would do 20 to start with. I’ve always liked to run 40mcg generally on clen but I’ve done 60 in the past
Keeping digging though you’re going to get lean 100% can tell from your messages you are committed to it. Consider a 1 week diet break

Yeah it’s the final push now I’d be daft to rebound and spoil it all hopefully I’ll get to a nice body fat % maintain it then plan is to maingain from there

You still have plenty of tools you could potentially use that I’m not advising you of
Steps at 6-8k. This could reasonably be worked up to 15k gradually
Cardio – 4 x a week currently. Can be worked up to 7 . And then from there even double cardio somedays!
Nutrition – Fats could go down to 40g or even 35 since you’re assisted from 50g currently
Training seems to sound gd so not much can change there
Nice stack but I don’t see many drugs that contribute to fat loss. Could consider and I don’t recommend but :
Thyroid help – t3/t4
Beta 2 agonists – clen
More Caffeine
Injectable L carnitinr
GH
Yohimbine
Plenty to chose from if you want to use them. Without knowing you in more detail, I don’t see any need in raising your aas from what youre currently using as looks gd for a guy looking to bring a visually good physique

Now you’ve laid it out for me with a fresh set of eyes it all makes sense I think I’ve been to fixated on lowering cals and not the other tools like you explained
A friend did give me some t3 but I only have 20 tablets at 25mcg not used any yet I need to research on how
I have been thinking about clen at 40mcg per day And seeing how I react

I would simply run 3/4 of a ml to 1ml
MWF for the 12 weeks.
You don’t need the tren for that long without a doubt but if you already have it I truly don’t think that dose in that total mg would cause any issues
It’s also more than enough total drugs to allow you to get shredded. No need for the Tbol imo.
You could without a doubt get shredded on just test / primo or test / mast but this mixture will
Produce a slightly better result if you already have it.

The Tbols I don’t have yet so if there not needed I can forget those , however I do have 10mg of mast e and test e as that was going to be my cycle prior to the blend

What is the main goal if the cycle?
Are you looking for mainly fat loss/recomp effect or are you trying to focus on growth here? I imagine its the first part but want to check
Personally for me I would use something like test/primo in the first part of the cycle and look to grow here and then switch to the blend the second part the cycle and drive more of a recomp effect so you finish the cycle in a leaner/more muscular state.

I want to get to a lean enough state for summer to then maingain moving forward
I’m 8 week into my cut 5,11 at 80kg on 2000 calories per day as you can imagine I don’t want to remove anymore calories
