I was on tbol a couple of years back 25mg and I had no issues ,from what I remember I enjoyed it.

My only concern with the above was the test is too low @75mg per week ?

Regards the Tren im not happy about going over 200mg as I feel it’s over kill like you said especially when not competing

I bump test to up 200mg and add in 100mg of masteron – 300mg total load. Enough to see a pretty dramatic retention in strength as your deficit continues, whilst also at the same time being easy on bloodwork and without the need for an Ai most likely

Thank you I appreciate your time and knowledge I shall give this a go and see how I get on 🙂

If it was me I would probably keep calories where they are and I would increase volume within my training and add in some cardio daily. This would probably help you lose some more bodyfat and if your food stays the same and your still progressing your lifts you shouldn’t lose any muscle along the way.

    Hey Louis

I’ll have a play around with this idea

as to be truly honest I do no cardio at the min so that’s one place I can improve on for sure then remove food if needed

    Thank you for that ?

    Hey bud

Here I would aim to get as lean as possible the rebuild from there, leaner you are the better / longer you gain for sure.

    Perfect thank you Kuba

Yes, youd spin your wheels, do a decent cutting dont play around… and try not baloon up, hold the condition but keep adding calories and When close to summer you just tidy a bit from a better composition just to lose some extra water/bloating. The key is not rebound after this cutt.

I hear you thank you I appreciate your time I can work with this 🙂

After doing a little more digging on the site I’m thinking maybe I’m best trying to add some mass efficiently untill may time then go on a steady cut ?

Am I right in thinking the best way to attack this is add cals slowly untill I’m gaining .5 to 1 lbs per week ?

I am by no means a reference but i think the guys would agree here that if i were you i’d lose some fat before pushing cals up just to have some more room to play with! but just a opinion[/quote]
I agree there’s no doubt at all that I do need to loose some fat.

I think I’ve just answered my own question tbh reading it back …

Gaining now at this condition would mean more hardwork come summer ?

So it’s more efficient to drop
To 12/15% bf then maingain from there till summer

For subsequent exercises it’s person dependent , on some exercises may need to do the same , some may only need to do 1-2 warm Ups of 1-2 reps

Perfect thank you , just the confirmation/advice i needed to know I’m following it correctly.
    I appreciate your time
