how long have you been on the TRT

you need to run bloods to see were hormones are and what the issue is so you can make accurate changes to the set up

Only 4 weeks or so…and it was near instant. The doctor did say it was a risk for me with such low shgb levels. Options would be to lower the dose or go for an AI. Ideally I’d like to have as much dose as possible obviously, but avoid having to use other drugs.

I’ll have the doc do this, however the costs will keep mounting and I’m curious if there are others who have had a similar experience and managed to navigate it

I’ll need to do something swiftly

252 again today even after high day. I bumped my clean calories throughout the day, and for cheat meal I had 12” pizza, chicken nuggets and chips, a bag of m&m’s and a bar of fruit and nut dairy Lee

I clearly didn’t eat enough. Was busy with the family so I didn’t get in enough food as I had planned but it’s ok since it’s more important a day for my family rather then me

None the less, I have feel fuller all day today. And back training was really good. I actually felt pretty damn big when training, you know when you get super pumped up just from a warm up set lol loved it

So I’ll probably be adding more food this just want to see how I look over the next couple days. I was 255 by end of this week and hold that steady

    Back

    Barbel rows 8 x 12-15

    Single arm pull downs 4 x 12-15

    Hammer strength seated rows 4 x 10-12

    Wide grip pull downs 4 x 10-12

    Seated cable row 4 x 8-10

    High rows 4 x 12-15

Single arm neutral machine row 3 x 12

I love this. Makes me feel like there is hope for having a good high quality family life in with your bodybuilding. I see people constantly be insanely picky and fuck up family life for it

I always felt like I was battling against eating X or y, but for me, overcoming that battle was part of the satisfaction. Achieving condition, but more than that, overcoming my weak ass self. That for me was a huge lesson and one I’ve carried forward in life post competing. I went thru phases of preps I despised it but always reminded myself I was choosing it and could quit any moment…with you can.

I’d consider doing it but not telling folk you’re intending to compete. If it’s too much, reset, consider if it’s right for you or maybe not the right time. Reset. See where you are. Try again. Learn each time. Never a failure as long as you keep learning and improving

    Training

Best its been since 2012. been at it since the middle of May when i decided to see whats what. have held off saying much till now untill i knew i was defo enjoying it and able to. few niggles but at physio every week, and have a great guy.

    ********

    Food

4500kcals per day. macros not calculated just the kcals. i always fucked up in the passed by being too macro focused instead of the kcals (as was common a decade ago i think). i eat 5-7 meals per day all high protein obvs. flexible to a point around family and work life but generally the same thing jsut in tweaked ordered depending on where i am and what i have on.

    1. eggs, evoo, bagel & jam, OJ & coffee

    2. chicken, rice/noodle, olives/avocado, pineapple or other fruit

    3. skyr yoghurt, tonne triple nut butter, banana

    4. various dinner with family sat down together. lots of salmon here, home made chips etc.

    5. ribeye/sirloin, rice/potato, fruit or veg or both

    6. whey based shake

Training days there is whey with ultra fine oats and some cyclic or malto in there. yoghurt meal usually missed. depends on timings.
