Feeling in a good groove – bloods were very good. Alt a little high, e2, prolactin on higher end but ok and hdl a little low but all very manageable and everything else in range so very happy with that. So we’re starting the next cycle now. 400 test, 400 dhb, 400 mast, 6th gh let’s get some muscle on!
how do u manage injecting 400 dhb? no problems with PIP?
what are your injection spots and what frequency? Thanks a lot man! -

315.8lbs this AM another 3lbs down so a big drop. Rest day today 30 mins cardio, sports massage, dog walk and lots of client work.
Really buzzing to get back in the gym tomorrow!
Still need a shave which should give me a clearer indication of where conditions at.

Evening guys! Long one from me today! So firstly a great day with my team coach Alex taking another win 2 weeks on the spin. Not only winning the novice but also class 1 & the overall! Awesome result! Last show next weekend with 4 guys competing!
Then from me 324lbs this AM so 20lbs down from peak. A little soft still, a little flat but the switch has been flipped and I’ve had a good chat with Cal we have a new timeline a new mindset and new focus. I needed a little shake up and I needed some direction as I got a little complacent.
So we have dropped down to a lower androgen load:-

12k steps (just got back from the skiing dogs finishing them off)

This is only 700kcals off my lowest point of food last prep. So we should see a really nice shift in composition. I may flatten off quick but I want the fat off quick
8 weeks hard then we are in a position to rebound from 16-18 weeks push before transitioning into prep for Italy, Spain, France 2024

hey Nathan, don’t u notice any heart side effects from using clen even if you’re not in prep? Or would u say you can implement it low dose as you do a few times per year?

Morning guys
Apologies I’ve been man down for 2 days since the weekend, very high fatigue, cold, sore throat, head ache and ad chest. I have slept for like 3-4 hours in the day both days which is not like me. Really knocked me off my feet.
Managed 5 meals both days with plenty of fresh fruit and fluid. Feel better today but still very achey and fatigued. Hopefully another rest day will allow me back to the gym tomorrow for a devolume push session.
Not ideal but you can’t help these things. I haven’t weigh les myself I feel like a sack of shit and like soft and flat b it as expected with an Illness.
Will bounce back just focus on recovery today

So I’ve chatted with cal over the last week or so and we have decided it’s time to pull back and have a little tidy up due to a few things my bodyweight was not budging on 7000 kcals my appetite was getting to point where it was rough.
So we have gone in pretty hard for the last 6 weeks of this phase whilst still on cycle which will be interesting as I haven’t had a tidy up whilst on cycle always whilst in a cruise phase.
So new set up:-

30 mins CV
10-12k steps
2 rounds of posing daily

All of these things that are extremes , generally aren’t going to yield the best results . Find happy middle grounds where you can progress lifts , feel gd recovery wise and are working hard But not destroying yourself –
Is where you make progress .

how is your BP and hematocrit on over 1g of eq?
do u think it’s genetics or do unkept it in range with your JP health supplements especially IP6? -
Atm I rotate through ;
Left bicep , right bicep, right trap, left tricep, right triceps, left lat , right lat
My left trap won’t take shots , and I don’t like pinning shoulders I think it looks so fucking stupid, even rear delts .

If you’re ill, rest. Follow your rest day diet and return to the gym when you feel completely recovered. At this far out it won’t have an impact and you’ll likely only need a few days off. However, if you try and push through you may delay your recovery further, as well as putting other gym members at risk of catching whatever you have.

So turns out it got worse. I couldn’t train today. Not even cardio. Didn’t even get up until 4. Didn’t eat until 7. Literally coughing what felt like my actual lungs up. Head pounding and a slight shiver and dizziness.
Tomorrow is a new day. Let’s see what happens. Dosed up on meds. Paracetamol. Ibuprofen. Throat spray and everything.
Really want to get back to training tomorrow
hey man! Hope you are well again. How do u deal while being sick on prep? Rest until you’re at 100% or push through?
also i want to ask do notice any anxiety sides from 100-200 tren while using it?

and I have friend competing (I’m not competing or coaching this weekend so should be nice and chill)
I just trained legs at blackout gym which is by far the best gym in lisbon. Very very good indeed! Loads of all the best branded kit and a great vibe too.
We’re back in there Friday for push. Heading back now, going to grab some food to prep some simple meals to keep me going.
Holding 265lbs nicely now on maintenance food/training and cruise dose gear. My body is feeling refreshed and nearlyyyyy ready to go. Just not quite yet

would j say 40 clen doesn’t have an impact on damaging heart cells especially doing this multiple times a year?
