I’ve been running 300mcg of both CJC and Ipamorelin every day both taken before bed with my HGH and also 1mg of MOTS-C every day on wake.
Feeling great on that.
Does the timing matters when taking the CJC and Ipamorelin before bed as I have my last meal around that time

Bloating
Increase in gas
Looser stools

On push B I’d take 3 sets of rear delts , then an incline press variation for front delts & pec , a tricep compound, laterals x 3-4, pec dec , tricep isolation x 3-4
