    Any reason for on some movements you do a higher rep set first – is it because you overshoot the rep range so you increase the weight for next set?

    I have a black coffee every morning including rest days
    Iced black coffee pre workout.

    Thats it for stims ?

    Do you also use any pump enhancing products?

    As you get really bloated from them… I wouldn’t recommend it. But if someone were to digest it perfectly fine, then I see no problem including it in the diet.

    I think you could place side raises as first exercise while the side delts are fresh and you aren’t tired. It doesn’t really take away from pressing too..

    weighed in at 229.6 today. new low. yesterday did my usual push routine but added in some accommodating resistance on the hammer str incline press (slingshot) and on the slight incline smith machine press (muscle mentors high band set up). both of those felt awesome and I will continue to implement them. attached pic of the overhead band set up on smith for anyone curious. weight was 185 at the bottom and 255 at the top. traditionally I only do 185 for a set of 15-20. in this method I failed at 18 so that was very nice.

    today is pull! looking forward to my deficit deads and blasting upper back!

    Do you not find the mask interfering with your breathing during the set? ?

    You won’t feel or see any noticeable difference using one or the other.
    Pick the cheaper

    If they both sit well in your stomach and don’t interfere with training, you can use either. It really comes down to an individual digestion thing.

    Alright thank you guys.. I went with dextrose as it was like 10 times cheaper lol 😀

    Supplement Needs Sleep Stack would be my go to for fixing problems of being unable to fall or stay asleep. You mentioned your mind seems to be overactive and thoughts racing – so I believe this could be dopamine not clearing properly, may be due to several issues: from AAS use; too high estrogen slowing COMT, magnesium deficiency (cofactor for COMT), etc..

    Definitely not.. just let it recover fully first. Training only one side will just cause lots of problems.. When the cast comes off, you don’t want to be looking distorted lol.

    This will be different for every person – the upper limit would just be where digestion is impaired. Currently I have 280g from cream of rice, jam, sweet treats – all digests fast and perfectly with no issue. So just experiment with yourself..
