Rest day today for me
Sciatic pain this morning was another level but once got moving eased up a touch
Drove back to Cheltenham so means legs at TBJp tomorrow
Sciatica pain is the worse!
Is there anything you do when you have it to bring down the pain/uncomfortableness

Do you mind going over your routine for that? Is it every session? How long for? Is it just planks or do you do other ab exercises or mobility work?

Finished up my few days off and deload now done. Got a chiro session tomorrow to take a good look at my shoulder. It’s still playing up so need to have a good look into it, thinking about booking an MRI. Sometimes I’d rather just know so I can do what needs to be done
How much is an mri if you book privately?

Heyy guys! So flew to Prague today. Cats out the bag!! I’m doing Prague show 😁 super excited!! It’s been a busy day with a pump session this morning and then travelling we’re here now and I’ve eaten all my meals and all water in so now it’s bedtime ☺️ x

Handed the reigns back over to Chris Aceto as of yesterday.
Rough aim is to be ready to compete spring time next year.
I’m actually so happy and relieved cos I trust Chris 100%, and this takes a huge load of my shoulders. I can focus on my own clients and not think about my diet / anabolics / cardio etc etc
I’ll update my diet and cycle for you today. He’s actually not changed a thing , I’m
Checking back in with him tomorrow so he can see what my current setup os doing
I had bumped mast up to 400 few days and he’s keeping it there
With Chris you literally never know what he’ll do. He literally goes off what my body is trying to say / do.
That’s why I love working with him
Anyway, back day yesterday felt awesome
I’ve picked up the pace in the gym. I always do when I go into “prep mode” I guess. More so when I start checking in with chris
