Hey buddy, I use an orange 1” 25g needle for my TRT and I do it 1 x weekly and I’ve never had any issues. Personally I wouldn’t inject TRT twice weekly as it will increase scar tissue. With sustanon you are getting a blend of testosterone ester also so shouldn’t be an issue.

I defo prefer a smaller / thinner orange needle.
Dosing more frequently is better in our experience. Monday / wed / Fri is great.
Supps as a must imo
Tbjp vital support – 4 caps meal 1
Tbjp love heart and heart care. Full dose meal 1
Tbjp omega pro – 3 caps first and last meal.These are the minimum I have clients on. When running long term Trt then we assess bloods as we go.

From what you’ve said, and how you look, I’d suggest you push calories up and get growing. Nice and slowly. You’re not fat, and want muscle… so why waste time

I would focus on getting leaner over the next 6-8 weeks – Work kcal down and cardio up.
Do this perfectly and you will get some very good results in this time.
Then the key thing is to take your time and spend a solid 12 months plus making slow and consistent progress staying as lean as possible.
This is IMO the best path for what your goals seem to be
Hey hilly, thanks for reply. Sound advice too as above by Clare. Ya I will ramp cardio up as I just love to do it anyway. Espically hitt style. I will monitor Weekley and make adjustments to my cals. Hope it falls into place nicely.. I really do want to stay as lean as I can as u d said. Thanks again man appreciate it?

You say that you’re currently getting your diet and training back on track. What were you doing before this? You may find initially that simply by tidying up your diet and getting a consistent run of training that you will re-comp a little. This may mean not needing to make any changes initially.
You are holding a little bodyfat in your lower back, but overall looking very lean right now, so I think after this initial phase, that your focus needs to be on slowly gaining. You need to make sure that your training is bang on with execution and intensity and stay on track with your diet. You also need to accept that some amount of bodyfat accrual will be inevitable during a gaining phase, but this can be monitored and controlled by a slow and steady process.
Thanks so much.. What I meant sorry was that I only started tracking calories again properly. Training wise has always been same tbh. Just my food could be lower or a lot hugger as I wasn’t tracking. My lower back always seems to hold it ?Thanks for your feedback really appreciated and will take it on board ?
