I would add it before running more anabolics ! Whatever your last cycle was , run the same thing , and add gh this time
appreciate it JP!

I use 500mcg am and pm , which has made a HUGE difference to me
Sounds good, can i mix it all in one syringe with reta, mots-c, and ss-31?

Oral slu , start at 600mcg x 2 daily , go upto 1200 x 2 daily . Will make a huge difference ontop of what you have there
Would 500mcg 1x a day still be beneficial? that would fit more in my budget

Both very effective at 1mg daily.
sounds good Sas, thank you!

Normally I would say that’s fine for 90% of people and it may well be the source.
Did you change brands 2-3 months ago
No same guy, but i did read on a forum that he had some sterility problem with a batch but it was one comment and I couldn’t find any others mentioning it, I have some from another source so i’ll try that today and see if it causes any irritation

Are you using peds also ?
yes, currently 400mg of test

it wont make a profound effect on muscle growth or staying lean IMO, far from it and if your looking for Big physique changes youll get more results from spending it on AAS.
GH is something that works over time and adds to everything else you are doing iMO.
5-6iu generic is a decent dose tho for sure and if you run that for 6-12 months you will defo see some good positive changes but I certainly doubt they would be profound so to speak.
would it be worth the money you think? I’m not expecting anything crazy but i imagine it could help me eek out another 2-3lbs of lean tissue from this offseason i just started

If the urge is there to do it yourself, then do it. I’ve only had one coach where they took full reigns and I disagreed with many of his decisions, but because I was paying him, and he was a high achieving coach, I assumed that he knew better. As much as I learned and loved a lot about his training, he over dieted me, and at my lowest I almost weighed as much as I did when I was a junior 6 years prior.
My current coach is my second pair of eyes, I devise all of the plans, and he is my voice of reason if I can’t figure something out. That works best for me.
Prepping yourself is a great experience, and even though you’ll make mistakes, at least they’re your own to learn from.
I appreciate the feedback, I feel alot more confident in wanting to prep myself so i’m going to coach myself the remainder of my push phase and then start prep in january

I wanted to coach myself for my 2024 season, and it was a great decision. It wasn’t perfect, there was ups and downs but full control, I leaned a ton, I had fun with my plan and diet, and regardless of wether I was at my best or not it was a priceless experience and I’ll 100% do it again when I next get the itch. You just have to be careful
Not to get into your own head and don’t listen to others opinions it’s your prep and you need to call the shots otherwise you end up blaming others and disregarding your own instincts
I appreciate the insight! I’ll make sure to not let other people sway my desicions especially towards the end, I do think i’ll use these forums to make sure I’m going about the prep with a solid plan and staying on pace but ultimately i want this challenge of coaching myself to the best I can be

What was the reason you left your first coach? Because working with someone is often about collecting data.. so going from coach to coach you may find you run into the same issues until you allow someone to really understand your body? If things have been going well with you current coach, do you not trust them enough now to continue the process with them? On the flip side, if you feel you trust you self enough to coach you self then yes you could go for it, I personally would end up pushing my self to hard & to far when often it’s just not needed as I’ve experienced with Meg after her learning my body,, it’s a hard one but yes, I’d love to know your reasons for a) leaving the last coach & b) now leaving this coach providing things have been going ok?
With the first coach I don’t feel as if he cared much about my prep or how i looked on stage so i stopped working with him after that show. With my current coach i actually mesh with him well on a personal level but i don’t really agree with training philosophies he uses as well as his ped protocol he has planned out for me. More importantly though I want the experience just so I can say I coached myself for a show and really soak up as much information as possible and find what works best for me.

I like this too mate. See how you go with the bicep volume, you will likely be able to handle more, but if you progress well on a single set, save to volume
should i swap any of the tricep exercises to bias the long head more or should i keep the selection i have
On Upper A you do a single arm tricep pushdown as an isolation
On upper B you can do a similar move but an overhead variation maybe .. then that ties in nicely
sounds good ! -

Placing at first few shows is entirely irrelevant , all you need to do is beat your own look again, and then the time after that again etc etc , once you beat your own look 5/6 times , you will then be very hard to beat by anyone else . You now have an absolute target to hit , your own look. The next phase literally has no downsides at all , as go into next show with zero worry about placings again
thank you, i wont miss the target

Does the idea of beating your own look next year , excite you at all?
it does, in the three classes i did i placed last, last, and second to last. I think i just feel like shit from how i placed
