    I would always do an A and B when running U/L – gives you more chance to vary volume a little and also ways at which you hit the muscle.

    I feel just 1 cycle is a little restrictive and would only ever give this to a true beginner who needed to get to grips with the core movements [/quote]

    I would switch the Ashwaganda out for TBJP UNWIND – when looking to maximise recovery as you say this for me is a superb product.

    Im presuming you have your peri workout Nutriton covered also as this for me is key when maximising recovery.

    also i’ve been using axe n sledge carb powder for intra workout, and one scoop immediately post workout with two scoops of protein

    should i still take magnesium or just remove it since its in unwind?
