Why did I lower the ghkcu?

Because I originally had 100mg standalone bottles

I now have klow which is 50mg . If your taking all 4 of the peptides , can get away with a bit lower , unless skin tightness is your specific goal then use 2000 ish

Hi Jordan, I’m currently researching GHK-C and skin tightening and trying it on myself since I have loose skin on my glutes/love handles from being overweight as a teen, using 2500 mcg GHK-Cu / 500 mcg TB-500 / 500 mcg BPC-157. Do you have any personal or athlete/client experience with its use that isn’t mentioned in the current literature or articles?

Thanks, Oscar! Just to avoid any misunderstandings, unilateral frontal plane lat pulldowns? And would you prefer unilateral frontal plane lat pulldowns or unilateral sagittal plane lat rows, just so I know which one to start with?

I agree with every single point Clare made, especially taking short walks after meals. Here’s what I also do:

I try to cook my food in a way that’s tasty. I use all foods that my stomach and gut can tolerate—so no foods that cause bloating, inflammation, a feeling of fullness, diarrhea, or skin changes.

To make my food delicious, the quality of ingredients, especially meat, and the kitchen equipment are crucial.

I don’t buy my meat in the supermarket; instead, I order it online from a local butcher.

As for kitchen appliances, I’m a fan of Ninja products.

    – A multi-cooker for rice and slow-cooked meats.

    – A countertop blender for shakes.

    – An air fryer for chicken and potatoes.

    – A non-stick pan for eggs and pancakes.

Maybe consider taking a cooking class or trying easy recipes from sources like ChatGPT.

    Hi Jordan,

Apologies if I missed it, but what’s your reason for starting your push training with the pec deck? I assume you’re doing it one-armed because you’re too strong for the machine with both arms?

Thank you so much for your valuable time.

I don’t think you realise how many people are following you and eagerly waiting for an update from you every day. Remember how you used to read Dante Trudel’s posts as a teenager, soaking up everything he said? People are out there—some just read along without interacting—but your information is reaching the right audience, even if the general masses (on Instagram) don’t reflect that.

In this sense, you are my Dante Trudel! I try to read everything and soak it all up like a sponge. I can’t speak for everyone, but in my case, you’ve been able to help me a lot over the past few years, even though we’ve never met for a single second.

    Thank you, Jordan!

    Hi Jordan,

What are your reasons for starting with back exercises on your leg + pull day? From what I’ve read, you start with pulls from the floor on the pre-rest training day, but you still continue with back exercises instead of moving on to legs after the pulls.

    Thanks.

P.S.: Even if it might be tough for you, I really enjoy reading everything you write about yourself, your training, and your mindset.

Hi Rich, I have 2 rotations. Two worked out super fine in the past.

Sorry that it’s that misleading. The 40 lbs push started 18 weeks ago, from pre-show weigh in to now.

Thanks for your advice Clare, appreciate it!

Thanks kuba, really appreciate your honest opinion!

The 40 lbs pounds gain started post show (stage weight), so 18 weeks. I know that problem, I have very loose skin on the lower abdomen and glutes from being overweight as a teen, so I gain very easily.

My Plan was a max. 24 weeks push, would you stay on upper/lower and start the cut earlier?

    hi jordan,

would you notice a difference if you started your rotation with legs, that is, if you had a rest day before each leg workout? so:

    Legs
    Push

    Rest

    Legs
    Pull

    Rest
