    Thanks for this mate.
That’s something I have considered it’s weird how I had a few days of what felt like normality to end back at square one. I did notice that weekend before it flared up again, I was doing a pulling movement and I felt a twinge in my stomach, later that evening and the next day the pain was back again

Just wish I knew what was causing it so I can get it fixed. It’s the uncertainty and not knowing is what’s driving me insane

    So typical day includes
Oats, rice, sweet potato, potato, COR
    whey, salmon, chicken, beef mince
Frozen fruit, peanut butter & dark choc (occasionally)

My RHR is usually between 70-80. Sleep is usually disrupted waking a couple of times through the night.

Not sure if the quality is good because I feel tired most the day.

I’m currently not taking any supplements as I wanted to completely reset and try starting over.

I was taking omega 3, Ashwaghanda, magnesium, apple cider vinegar, prebiotics, digestive enzymes. I’ve tried peptides also like BPC and TB but neither have worked

I assume when you were on holiday that your meals were different, so could it correlate to what you eat on a regular basis back at home? Have you kept a food diary and notice any symptoms after eating certain foods. Also what are your stress levels like?

    Thanks for the reply.

I was eating more or less the same foods away, porridge oats, whey protein, meat and the usual carbs in rice etc.

I’ve done a 3 day complete fast hoping for a gut reset but it still didn’t work. I’ve tried every single diet known to man and even gone through the extremes of doing a 3 day complete fast.

Stress is pretty high, well I don’t even know really if you feel stressed. I always feel on edge and can never chill out but simultaneously I don’t know how to.

Any advice on how to try and lower stress?
