This is what i do but for me its simply a time issue, i train very early morning before work so it needs to be 40 mins tops.
I do U/L/U rest L/U/L rest.
I do Upper A and Lower A in the 6-10 rep range, upper b and lower b in the 12-20 rep range sometimes 30 reps+ on legs if i want to test my mettle a bit.
Each exercise 1 set, personally i do 6-7 exercises per workout so 6-7 working sets, no RIR.. obviously.
I put this together based on what ive learnt from Jordan and everyone and just adapted it to what works for me and MY schedule.
