Hi, i have had colitis since 2015 and i have been able to gain over the years. One problem i do have is i can get very bloated from time to time especially in an off season when pushing food up. Even when eliminating foods it still happens

Rep range wise it varies mainly 2 working sets
Lower rep range then higher rep range

Hi kuba, when you do the two rep ranges say 5-8 and 9-12 if you hit 5 reps on your heavy set would you increase the weight next time around or stick on that weight until you hit the 8? Thanks[/quote]

Hey guys, check in day today weight up by a just under a kilo from 98.4-99.3kg.
Strength still holding, body composition still decent, digestion is steady too which means gut is happy.
Deload in 2 weeks as we’ve strung 7 weeks already since the last push, so feeling ready to pull back a bit before we shift gears again.

Yes it did remove the bloat but then i pretty much removed all food and barely eaten. Although even sometimes when i do not eat I still get bloated?
Are you over thinking the bloat? Sometimes we can focus that much on how our stomach feels or looks we over analyse.
what are your Bowel movements like?
Do you eat much fibre.
Unfortunately you may need to cut out a lot of foods if you want a flat stomach all of the time. I cant touch dairy/gluten/red meats – they just sit in my gut for ages and I become constipated.

I dont eat much fruit or vegetables anymore due to getting gassy and bloated. I agree too i think red meat is not good for myself

I have tried eliminating foods what i think bloat me i have kept a food diary before now but it feels like i must eliminate everything to not feel bloated! I have not tried fasting no.
