so would you still do the warm up sets then 3 sets to failure but still use the same weight with the 3 sets to failure or would you increase the weight each set to failure ?

with dc training I thought it was 1 working set to failure with rest pause 3 times at the end of that set and as many warm up sets as you needed well that’s how it came across on danta trudels page? .I might be wrong lol
