there can be another angle you approach this from depending on your weaker body parts where you can add some more volume or frequency
Possibly
Chest and calves
Shoulders and tris
Back and biceps
Rest
Legs
Arms
Rest
If you are lacking back or shoulders for example you could tag a couple of top up exercises on the beginning of your arm day.
If chest is a weaker area I would swap chest and shoulders around and start your arm day with a couple of chest exercises._________________________________________

I believe that my weker areas are chest and arms, however i have taken on board what Jordan has said before about ‘you dont have weak areas, everything is a week area, you just need to look like you train’ so this is my thought that maybe i need to go back to the start as despite putting on ~25kg since starting, i still look very skinny and in clothes you wouldn’t know i lifted, so wondering if i just need that beginners approach, but as a non competitor with fairly developed legs compared to upper, im not particularly interested in givings them much attention, hench why the FBT or UL splits dont seem right to me as they give as much if not more volume to legs

you have good results with your current split so I would not change it?!
-take a look at your execution/form which is most of the time the problem when bodyparts are lacking

Hey buddy! I don’t think I’ve ever used 800mg caffeine in my life!! Definitely take some time off mate. Use non Stim pre workout for now and as Jimmy said take 4-6 weeks off any caffeine if possible!

Haha i know right! Thing is i dont drink coffee or anything else caffinated so surprising i have such a tolerance! Although maybe its not even the caffeine thats an issue as i have more than enough energy (and it lasts for a looong time afterwards)! Maybe it’s just like @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen said and the generic supermarket/ mainstream supp companies’ products are dog shit so not actually feeling stimulated and just only getting the energy of the caffeine. Think ill give prepare, jpre stim & dial in all a go (not at once!) with some halycon for afterwards! 🙂

Something with alphasize/ tyrosine / huperzine as the main drivers will help most here – dial in has the highest doses I have seen any company use

Hey buddy, there’s nothing wrong with the PPL programme your training now. I would increase volume on upper body parts. How many working sets are you doing per bodypart currently? You could also add intensifiers into your upper workouts to get more stimulation for new growth. Have you looked at your nutrition? You may want to slightly increase calories on upper body days also.

Hey bro, currently big muscle groups get 16 sets over the week (8 per session) and smaller ones get 10. I may add some intensifiers to my weaker areas (chest & arms particularly) i certainly have no issues increasing cals but i seem to eat more than someone my size should and still not grow well i think my NEAT is too high so thinking or trying to do as little as poss outside the gym

Personally i like the basics so id go upper lower
Could put arms with lower
As you mentioned lower volume on legs
Check form is good
Get strong in multiple rep ranges
Are you eating enough?
Resting enough? External factors play a big roleCurrently im cutting, so no lol! But last gain i was eating 4100kc at only 150lbs and still not growing so im wondering about reducing volume and in reasing rest days…

If 800mg caffeine is not touching you then you need more time away from caffeine and stimulants bro.
4-6 weeks minimum in my Opinion and have a good clear out_________________________________________

Could go straight to cruise or take time off everything to let the supraphysiological levels drop and then start cruise so assuming you are using enanthate for example, after your last pin wait 5 weeks your test should be pretty low (i got bloods after 4 weeks for example and was mid normal range so expect another week to be at bottom of range) then start your cruise. You may even want to overlap these say from 3 weeks off everything if you domt want test to go that low then wait for it to pick back up

Just wondering you used hCG on cycle as well or not? Previously I have which i believe stops atrophy and could make recovery easier but currently I don’t as plan on coming off for a baby next year so figure it’s best not to desensitize myself to the LH signal so when I blast hCG for PCT next year I will be more responsive.
