I think Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are great ideas pre bed. Add whey and enjoy .

As above. Greek yogurt with a good whey , whey iso would be much better IMO

I’ve often used nut butter mixed with isolate, you can put it in the freezer to create a similar texture to ice cream.

I’ve used the nxt beef iso myself a couple of years ago and it is refreshing but not optimal before bed.
A few suggestions
Keep with the beef iso and have some nut butter on the side with it (if your calorie intake allows it) using the fats to slow digestion.
Casein but add plenty of ice, water and blend into an icy milkshake.
Greek yogurt with protein powder and again something like a nut butter and freeze for a couple of hours is a nice refreshing frozen yogurt. Even add frozen berries to this possibly.
I wouldn’t advise just a protein bar before bed._________________________________________

Hey man, I have the same issue – have had eczma for years and have over the last few weeks had extremely unpleasant rash (like hives/ red blisters) nowhere near the inj sites. Have used all steroid creams and OTC emoillients etc without success. Have had 2 dermetologist appointments over the last couple weeks and they can offer no idea what the issue is – said that usually the only cause of this os a neck injury, which I don’t have. However, i am now of the opinion that despite this being a recurring problems, this flare up has coincided with the use of an UGL test prop which uses ethyl oleare as the carrier oil. I believe this synthetic oil MAY be a problem so have stopped and will see if that helps.
Finally, if you haven’t already, i highly recommend DERMACOOL 2% menthol aqueous solution. I was recommended it by dermatologist on Saturday and bought immediately. It’s £30 for a tub (big though) so really pricey but i would pay £300 for it because it has been the only thing in years to completey soothe the itch and make it so i forget i even have an issue (u til it wears off) which is a miracle after not being able to sleep, work or even think much of the time due to such bad and constant itching.
Hope this helps a bit. Good luck

Btw those were my results based on a gaining phase, it may be slightly different for others, but wanted to point it out as may be a tech issue

There are going to be social distancing rules in place, so I doubt spotting will be allowed and you’ll have to clean equipment after use. You’ll likely have a booking system too and a designated time slot, so the time restriction may not enable training with someone else.

I also just backwarded back to FBW, i just went trough first week of FBW the one from education (4 sessions, exersice order and SETS and REPS as JP laid them out) sessions takes 75 mins to 105mins including warmpups, would recommend, just do it as JP laids it out, we are not smarter than him when programming.
Thanks for sharing your experience ???????? that time frame is doable. How many warm ups you do for each roughly? Totally agree, and thats why I’m trying to discipline myself to follow his advice and *try* not to question everything!
From 1 to 3 for every movement, most for the main movements, im not really strong so i dont need too many. So i keep warmup set breaks low then 3 mins before the one working set, and as everything else than leg compound are one set, its mostly 11 sets per workout wich actually isnt so bad ????
included my 4 rotations FBW down if u need some inspiration, oscar agreed with it in my last post ???? good luck mate
Exactly what i needed! Cheers bro, and JP gives seal of approval so good job bro ????????@rich.e.b | Bristol
