Thanks Corrine for the advice.
The level of conditioning is stage level conditioning for contest prep. I’m trying to create a scenario where I’ve competed twice this year and the conditioning from show to show has gotten better but I’ve done everything everyone has mentioned above since January when I started prepping.
Currently this will be my 34th week dieting and my final show of the year will be in 7 weeks time.
Conditioning I feel is hard for me to obtain like super lean crazy shredded.
Is it a genetic component? A muscle maturity component?
Also I am natural competitor as well.
If I were to go to the assisted route, what can you recommend to do for the next 7 weeks if it’s were to be assisted or any tools you can advice on.

Prep is going well I can say, just the mental battle at the moment. I am competing in the classic physique division but as a junior and novice. If I were to step into the open I need to bring in a bigger package.

I’m really only gonna use Clenbuterol for competitions which I’ve only got like 7 weeks left of this season. Not used any PED’S or Clenbuterol throughout the whole entire competition prep since January till now.
Reason behind it is my natural competition is coming to an end and I want to explore a bit of it before ending my season.
Alongside finishing the season with a bang for my last show before taking a year out in the off season or 2.

Hey Lara,
Yeah. I still got quite few more shows but my last show is on October 13th so less than 9 weeks to go.
It’s been a real challenge this year and a real good experience of course. I’ve learnt a lot of things that life didn’t teach me so it’s a win still. The only thing that I miss is food but that’s always gonna be there when I’m finished competing.
