    Day one of deload done and already wanna be back in the gym aha – I really do find my mental clarity is so much better when I have training in play then when I don’t , but this deload is very much needed so its going to be done! Busy day with client check ins and a couple of meetings regarding performance nutrition , which was super interesting! Tomorrow I’ve got a shift at the warehouse and then home to do check ins as per usual ! Another day closer to the stage 🙂

    When it comes to the performance nutrition, are you planning in taking any courses or just do your own study and work with a mentor?

    Half the price bud, I just need something decent I can sprint on , I could go even cheaper again but I like the adjustable aspect to the erg and it’s very very low maintenance , so for the price it fits the goal

    Will last forever as well. Easily maintained.

    Missed the chat by a few minutes.
    You mentioned getting into the shape you achieved without having to suffer. Have you ever had a prep in which you did suffer? Do you know in yourself your able to deal with it?
    In MMA, people are always saying their able to go deep into the fight and know they have the mental ability to see it through and a few do and a few don’t. Do you find that mindset easy to achieve and if so, any methods you use to get the job done?

    Usually run day on/day off.
    Recovery has been good this past week. Plenty of down time as we are in lockdown.
    Will add another row variation as well as look at other rep ranges.

    Loving the log.
    How is your sleep effected throughout prep if at all? Do you find it easier to get to sleep or not?
    When dieting to make weight to fight, getting to sleep wasn’t an issue as I was knackered but staying asleep was always a pain in the ass.
