Post your entire meal plan here with timings please. so we can see exactly what you are doing. could be multiple things causing issues here… as we push in an off season food can become LOW (dense) but also we need x amount water to also help stuff move. people tend to make food stodgy and it does also slow down gastric passing… could be multiple things… oats example – high fibre slow gastric passing… copy and paste exact plan here bud with the exact timings/fluid used. be good to see…

The choice is going to be down to you – if you are competing in federations where they are all using PEDs then its just make it a level playing field… thats my opinion.
Going against juniors who are using and you are not..will make a difference unless you are extremely gifted…
But this all comes down to choice and yourself 🙂

I would avoid mk677 at all cost – it is a shit compound and a shit tool – I have not seen any one actually use it with some real success – it fucks up insulin sensitivity real quick

I see no point in changing esters at all.
Some people say shorter esters “make you hold less water” but I have tried this myself and not seen any benefit at all
In essence the more volume of oil = more calories from carrier oil 👀 so would actually be negative hahaha just another way of looking at it I guess

sometimes sleeping more can make it worse – oversleeping.

sleep with the the correct pillow
use nasal strips to open air ways.
get a SLEEP test to rule out any apnea – a lot of people can actually get away with using a mouth piece which helps open the air ways.
if you are in peak off season generally sleep gets worse also a lot of different variables.

if you are vegetarian you want to 1000% BE using a whey isolate from cows milk over vegan protein…. Whey isolate from actual dairy is a way better source of protein. .
I work with a few vegetarian clients and a lot of them can use EGGs – are you using eggs as a protein source? cottage cheese?
also I would look to add 10g eaa to at least 3 of my meals a day Minimum to help with making meals complete.

This purely depends on how good was your adherence last cycle?
if everything WAS Perfect TRAINING – FOOD – SLEEP ETC.
then it would make sense to progress the cycle….
How has the time been between the cycle and now? has everything been perfect?
If everything has been perfect then defo increase the dosage or lower it and add a second compound…
often people can take a step back in the gear usage if they are nailing all other variables better.
