Hi Bud – Changing to COR is no issue.
100G oats is not the same as 100G of COR.
100g oats – 60g carb – higher in fibre – higher in protein – higher in fats
100g COR (Depending on brand) 85g carb – almost 0 fat, fibre, and protein .
100g oats is roughly going to equate to 70g cor. Depending on the brand you are using bud etc.

30 Nut butter and 1 whole egg is roughly 20g fat (Depending on brand of butter and size of egg)
So 100g of avacado will be roughly 19.5g of fat which is pretty damn close.

it will simply lose some potency over time bud. how much? i couldn’t tell you.

i agree with Kiera above egg whites for some people just dont sit right especially when you are cooking them the same way everyday can also cause intolerances (John meadows mentioned this many years ago god bless him)
Peanut butter and some nut butters can also cause issues with digestion.
I would remove the egg whites and peanut butter and see how you get along with just pure whole eggs? and if they issue persist we can then just say its the eggs for definite?
here are a few options you could do instead of your current meal.
1. SALMON + WHOLE EGGS
2. Whey isolate + sunflower seeds
3. Kvarg (Quark) + sunflower seeds
4. Salmon + Veg
5. Sirloin Steak + veg
6. Chicken breast + Avocado or avocado oil

Add in the shoulder press in the beginning of workout like you said.
or add in a front delt isolation movement in some part of the workout.

Makes 0 difference when you Inject bud unless you are using compounds with no ester etc…
I just do all my pins pre bed and go sleep as I never forget this way and get the least amount of pip

Hi bud.
It seems as if you are not getting on with the carrier oil from the lab.
I would suggest swapping to a different lab which had a diff carrier oil and reasses.

Hi bud the same thing has been happening to me. I’m the heaviest I have been touching a new total body weight.
It will take a while to adjust to and the tiredness/fatigue will get better.
I have found myself getting into bed slightly earlier and having a set time for a nap in the day also has helped.

I personally dont like using OXY myself as it ruins my appetite. but i know @sasan85@hotmail.com has gear experience with them. (Correct me if im wrong sas)

I am seeing a very common trend of recent.
People doing minimal cardio – diet not 100% perfect – and BP is up and just throw in telmisartan.
I would personally FIRST.
Increase water intake.
Use hisbiscus tea 2/3 daily.
Increase cardio
drop some body fat.
Supplement with JP love heart etc etc
