one to turkey one to a lean white fish.
Try to keep every meal different this will really help with digestion and issues.

I find this very odd. You’ve got a coach, respect them and have the conversation up front.
If you don’t trust them, respectfully leave and seek counsel where you are invested in the direction they give you.

do not use that brand of gear/batch again.
Its simply not sitting well with you.
It don’t mean the gear is shit etc etc – sometimes different carrier oils just react differently.

if you are to do SUSTANON at 300mg a week –
sustanon is 250MG per ML.
so its 25mg per 0.1ml
so you want a total dosage of 1.2ml a week – split that out evenly.

Hi bud – its always best to say what needs to come up once your lean/sliced as everything is a lot more clear.
You need size everywhere as most us do…But…
From the pics you have provided – you really need to work on your back and arms as these are slightly behind compared to rest of your physique. I would say hamstring also but i cant really see it the way your posing but from the back shot they look decent tbh.
I would look into your exercise selection and remove anything you dont feel.
Regarding back training i would look into NAILING every movement perfectly.

Why would he test the MAST not the primo? makes no sense bud = most labs test the primo as its OFTEN the most faked.
