I would look at running no lower than 300mg test for a first/2nd cycle.

A 165lb bikini girl compared to a 280lb bber…Will be totally different numbers.
Let’s say a person was on a current diet of 2000kcal I would say honestly at utter most a 500kcal drop would be the MAX here the rest of the deficit would have to be made from cardio steps training etc.
Dropping someone’s calories very harshly might cause short term weight loss (not just fat loss) but it will make things very difficult later on…

300mg in my honest opinion if you are looking to make some very good progress.
200mg will put most people barely overly the natural range.
If your going to turn off natural production then atleast make it worth while.

Just cause clen doesn’t make you jitter don’t mean it’s fake.
I’ve used loads of diff brands and never got the shakes.
I’ve used the exact same stuff which makes hilly tremble but am fine 0 shaking.
But I guess if your not getting “ShAkEs” must be fake..lol

Well i’m currently using the 1st bottle that looks fine, i did reheat the other one but haven’t touched it yet. You’d advise not using it then? Regarding the 200mg/ml would you say it’s okay? If it’s crashed would it be legit npp?
If your pinning it and its sitting well than carry on bud.

So I’m assuming you have run orals only cycle before and have some experience with peds.
You ideally need to run this cycle with just testosterone…

Split this into 3 pins
Monday Wednesday FridayRun your blood work 4/6 weeks into cycle and see how your hormones are and then adjust if you need to…
Use a second compound to lower estro if you need to.

That NPP is crashed bud – its basically where the compound cannot stay stable and then crystallises…

300mg per ml? I find that very hard to believe – its most likely not short acting nandrolone and very likely its the long acting…
I have had one of my sources try and get the NPP at 200mg before and it was CRASHING everytime.

Hi bud –
i have run this cycle before – NEVER AGAIN.
I am very stable person – i am not one to ever feel paranoid etc…
But my good god the combo of TREN ACE – NPP – TEST all in one cycle sent me of rocker my head was all over the place.
I would personally myself not use it again.
If you are really adamant to try it – use all SHORT esters – so if any sides come you can drop it
ASAP.

I understand your point.
You don’t need to have carbs pre gym as your body will most likely be using the carbs from the day before/night before etc etc…
But in order to be the most optimal its best we keep carbs in and around training where possible…
This is why most people will leave carbs In pre and post all the way even in a comp prep…
It depends on your circumstances and what your current goal is also…what your job is…how active you are.

It’s fine if your doing small amount of volume of gear….its ideal if you are micro dosing…if your going to be pining 1ml+ I would avoid…

I have run clen to 120mcg daily and i have never had any jitters bud. I really think its person dependant.
I believe 20mcg clen will still yield some results its a low dosage but it will work.
I actually think starting at 20mcg and working up in 20mcg increments is great

Instead of deloading next time just take a few days off…and fully rest.
