Alot of shit therapists just put you in alot of pain just to make you think “it’s working”
A skilled therapist does not really need to apply brutal amount of pressure to release a muscle etc etc.

I have had a few over the years – the fit bits are generally good all rounders especially on a budget but the battery life is pretty shit.
i use a Garmin Venu 2 now – the battery life is around 10 days i find for myself.
tracks basically everything else you could want also.

But 0.1ml on your slin pin will give 2iu of GH roughly.

It’s causing you slight pip because the med tech Test 400 is a blend of different esters including PROP which often causes people pip.
I would just swap to a test 250/300 and not even used a blend.

Yes 100% it is possible and alot of people on this forum including myself have had great success with running lower test and higher anabolics.

I won’t recommend a dosage because don’t know your history of peds age etc etc.
Take it 1 to 2 hours pre gym bud.

I would personally Just use one brand.
Run the new lab from get go.
Run hormone panel bloods mid cycle see what levels are…so if you have to up the dosage you can and and actually see if the stuffs bang on ?

100% this can be an issue with the ester.
I tried 5 different labs of test prop and every single time it would swell up and cause me pain.
Simply stopped using prop myself and moved to test e only and i have been fine..
Everyone’s body reacts different to these compounds and esters.
But it could also be an issue with the amount of other stuff they are putting in the gear to make it stable which is causing the issue

Great news.
If you look at some of the old training videos in the education section I’m sure JP speaks about training for beginners.
Ideally as she is new to the gym a upper lower split would really be of great benefit to her and she can master most the fundamental movements with this style of training and split.
Her meal plan will be very unique to her but im sure if she was to take things slow and start taking her pre and post workout meals seriously the rest will eventually come along with it.
I would even go far enough to say as she so young a good coach on her side would be mega and would really make sure she starts of doing everything bang on from the get go if she is serious about the gym.

Hi bud – the test 400 by medtech i have seen come back at 330/340mg per ml on tests.
There is a reason why most brands max at 250/300 as it does become painful and requires more chemicals (Ba etc) to stop it crashing.

Hi Bud – right okay this is your first cycle so you want to run your testosterone around 250mg-300mg week max and reap as much as you can from this cycle.
Ideally split your dosage to keep blood levels steady.
PIN MWF OR MONDAY AND THURSDAY
If you want to PCT after this i would suggest reading the sticky THREAD where DR dean has outlined a PCT protocol in great detail.
You will need HCG TAMOXIFEN CLOMID For PCT.
if i could go back in time now i would run my first cycle – 8 weeks in check bloods see where things are at – and if healthy run it for another 8 weeks – giving a total of 16 weeks and then PCT or cruise. Just my opinion.
