No, this is what I am planning on doing as I outlined. All I’ve done is my TRT with a little duration of 400mg test alone. This time around I’m planning on 400mg test weekly, for 14 weeks with a 5 week period of 250mg/week NPP added
Why are you going to only run the NPP for 5 weeks?
Just run test at 300 and 200npp from the get go.

HBCD IS THE better source of carbohydate In my opinion the shape of the carb molecule makes it alot more efficient in pushing and carrying other nutrients with it (cone shape molecule)
Also HBCD I’m sure has the fastest gastric emptying when compared to all other carb powders and most people even using 100g+ have no stomach issues using it.
I have used both and I simply use the one which is cheapest as both don’t cause me any stomach or negative issues.
But if both were equally priced I would use HBCD

20mg tamoxifen everyday pre bed has always been great for myself when dealing with gyno.

Hi bud.
Take 20-30g glutamine on wake fasted with luke warm water everyday.
Also add a sugar free yakult every am and every night before bed.
I find the above can really help most people.
Or use a good probiotic to help restore the good bacteria in your stomach etc.

I never use sterile water with my GH and always mix with bac water and never ever get any sort of pip from GH and I’ve used multiple brands.

Now you have removed the clen etc and increased your food your now filling up nicely and the muscles are pushing harder against the skin giving a better harder look.
