you are going to what inject your self now with 200mg to achieve what? maybe 35/50nmol max?
I see no point starting the cycle so damn low.
150mg puts most people at the top end of NATURAL range….
you are going to be injecting 2 times a week – risking infection every jab – you are going to be turning of your own natural TEST which IS EXTREMELY high for what? to be not even double the natural range?
start you cycle at 250mg/300mg a week – run your bloods 4 week into your cycle and see where your levels are – then adjust as needed
as a beginner this is your first cycle I would aim to get into a good habit of using multiple different injection sites and start good habits from young.

I spent 2 years trying to stay lean in the off season and made hardly any progress.
Some people just have to get a lot softer than others and especially when you are not ON DRUGS.
All my natural clients I have had to push extremely hard in the offseason – im not saying get to point you fat is sagging over your boxers… but get soft get STRONG!
hold that off season weight for a while and solidify it and then ideally spend longer in a prep phase and hopefully your end look will be a lot better.

I would simply increase drugs slightly here –
CURRENT CYCLE
250test/200 primo and 100npp
Id look to increase to something like the following.
350 test/ 300 primo/100npp
The ratios will be dependent on you.
you could even simply incease each compound 50mg.
and off course increase food also

I think this can possibly be an issue and your simply not digesting the food enough.
Try 2 hours pre gym or even up to 3 hours yes yes i said 3 hours.
To allow longer time for digestion and hopefully won’t get weird taste in mouth training etc

I would change gyms and go to somewhere better and more equipped and ideally with a higher price tag so pricks like the ones you have mentioned will not be around.
higher priced gym generally have less dickheads and generally have enough kit where you are not in each others face.
Reason why I Train at Jamie giants gym – no dickheads around.

IF I had to choose between both I would choose Decca I find it gives just way better results.
If I had the option of running both together at Half the dosage each I would opt for that as I like the combo of them both run at lower dosages especially because EQ keeps estrogen very low especially in a cycle of test and Decca
