Anything affiliated with the NPC is king its that simple in my opinion.

Bro you are basically putting yourself in DIURESIS going from 4 litres to 8 what you expect my man?
The body is going to start to flush.
I suggest you just stick 5 litres a day and thats it and hold it stop yo-yoing it massively

If you are not using another oral then I would see no issue with using 50mg from now on till the stage.
This dosage would be great imo.

I never go to gym when ill as it just makes it worse
“sweat it out” I often here people say is a load of bollox and I definitely would not want to pass my bug/cold onto anyone else.

it will only work If you weight out the FLOUR first….
raw weight…
then you know exactly how much macros you are getting.
EG 50g chapati flour = xyz macros.
I have many clients who want to use chapati as a carb source and I simply don’t let them as its time consuming and lets be honest 99% of people aint got the time to weight out the flour…knead the flour… then cook it.
Unless you have ready made packet chapatis which have macros already on them.

I agree with Marc here – but if you DIGEST it well maybe you could use it INTRA also.
so 25g HBCD 25G MALTO? Saves you some dollar in the long run as HBCD is very pricey when compared to malto.

Winstrol will bring great rewards at 30/50mg when already VERY LEAN I don’t see why you would titrate up the dosage more is not always more.

but all is done now.
I would look to not run any more higher than 500mg for your 2nd cycle.

run bloods 6 weeks into cycle see where bloods are then titrate up from that point depending.

Sorry its been a while
Checked in with hilly on Friday weighed in at 187.2lbs – the week before I was 189.5.
So food has gone up on both training days and the high day has also been reduced.
Performance in the gym is still creeping up steadily and feel like I am back into the swing of things really well.
I train 6 days a week so my sleep and food must always BE ON POINT I can’t slip.
Here is a update of the new food plan.
TRAINING DAY
Meal 1 – 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites with 3 white toast (65-70gg carbs if digest good) plus any veg or salad, 20g protein powder and 1 apple –
Meal 2 – 150g cooked chicken/turkey breast with 200g cooked white rice plus any salad or veg and 5ml extra virgin macadamia oil
Meal 3 – 150g cooked chicken/turkey breast with 200g cooked white rice plus any salad or veg and 5ml extra virgin macadamia oil
Meal 4 – 30g isolate with 75g COR, 1 banana and 5g coconut oil plus double usual salt
Intra workout – 20g EAA, 25g cyclic dextrin, 5g creatine, 5g taurine diluted in 300ml coconut water and 1 litre water with 5 grinds sea salt – drink as you train
Meal 5 – 45g protein from lean source of your choice with 350g cooked white rice or 500g raw weight white potato
Meal 6 – 30g iso, 10ml extra virgin Macadamia oil and 250ml kefir
High day
Meal 1 – 1 whole eggs, 3 egg whites with 4 white toast (75g carbs if digest good) plus any veg or salad, 20g protein powder and 1 apple –
Meal 2 – 100g cooked chicken/turkey breast with 300g cooked white rice plus any salad or veg and 5ml extra virgin macadamia oil
Meal 3 – 100g cooked chicken/turkey breast with 300g cooked white rice plus any salad or veg and 5ml extra virgin macadamia oil
Meal 4 – 30g isolate with 100g COR, 1 banana and 5g coconut oil plus double usual salt
Intra workout – 20g EAA, 25g cyclic dextrin, 5g creatine, 5g taurine diluted in 300ml coconut water and 1 litre water with 5 grinds sea salt – drink as you train
Meal 5 – 45g protein from lean source of your choice with 150g actual carb weight from cereal/rice or a mixture –
Meal 6 – 30g iso and 50g carbs from white toast
REST DAY – SAME AS ORIGINALLY – LOW LOL.
I NEED to add so much muscle on my frame but I think we are on the right path this time.

Hi bud – i get this sometimes not all the time – i dont see why it would change the absorption rate.
i have found one thing which does help the lumps less common –
get the GH remove from fridge – let it sit out for around 10 minutes and then pin it – i find alot of peoples fridges are too damn cold and they pin the gh and its too cold and it can leave marks/lumps
just my opinion and experience.
