    Run blood work asap.

    Then check whats out of whack and the run what you need.

    When you was running the tamoxifen and arimidex did you split these up?

    Eg – Adex in the AM tamoxifen pm/pre bed?

    Have you started a new batch of AI? Many arimidex are now being faked!

    Could be so many reasons for your issue bud.

    The cycles are all over the place – lack any detail either to what you are trying to achieve.

    Messing with insulin gh and mk677 etc etc… almost like you have just thrown in drugs for no reason.

    I suggest you a hire a coach and do things properly.

    Add 5g taurine in your pre workout drink – I find this really helps ease off lower back pumps.

    Also lower back pumps often happen when glutes/hams are tight so deep tissue might also help.

    The following I have found to have a GOOD IMPACT on bringing down my prolactin slightly (might actually work better for you)

    Vitamin B6 P5P @300MG
    Vitamin e 4000iu

    I simply remove my last meal of that day – (Stops me eating to much shit or carrying on the whole entire day etc)

    This is always expected when transitioning from a blast to a cruise also dropping GH would make most lose 4-5lbs.

    Train as hard as possible – try to hold onto every single rep and even progress if you can.

    Increase food if you need to and if it does not ruin your body composition to much.

    I have tried both – I prefer the way i feel on Clenbuterol it does not negatively effect my appetite/digestion/mood like how Yohimbine does.

    Either or will be good if used while in a calorie deficit etc.

    Your oestrogen is pretty much bang in the middle – this is actually a very good number when it comes to growing/getting strong.

    Prolactin is on the higher end

    You could look into increasing you arimidex dosage slightly – Generally when oestrogen is lower prolactin is lower – prolactin thrives in a high oestrogen environment.

    You could also look into using some natural herbs/vitamins etc to bring down your Prolactin levels.

    – VITAMIN B6 P5P
    – VITAMIN E
    – ZINC

    Using herbs like Ashwaghanda could also help as they can lower stress levels which = lower prolactin also.

    I find the combination above of Vitamins and Herbs keeps my prolactin levels in range – i would defo try this way first.

    Test + Npp would be a fantastic cycle.

    I personally wouldn’t waste my time adding in 1.5ml (150mg)of masteron a week for no real benefits – if you want your total MG to be the same just use more test p and npp this will reap greater rewards.

    Regarding caber – i would wait circa 4 weeks run bloodsetc and then evaluate if you need caber.

    I personally have been running a very similar cycle this run.

    Started the first 8 weeks on

    TEST E – NPP – EQ

    Last 8 weeks on

    TEST E – TREN A – EQ

    So best cycle i have ran – best results – best body composition at my current bodyweight.

    I do agree with Ryan – best to start on milder compounds – then increase it as the cycle progresses etc.

    This is very common with NPP i have had this happen with several brands i have ran in the past.

    Keep it in a slightly warmer location this will help it not crash as easy –

    I normally use a hair dryer (DONT HOLD IT RIGHT NEXT TO THE HAIR DRYER) and keep shaking/mixing the gear while its in the Vile and it goes back to normal.

    No one will be able to tell you what dosage will you keep you in range pal.

    I would suggest start on half a tab M W F and then run blood works again in 2 weeks then adjust your dosage accordingly.

    If you experience any sort of joint pain etc its most likely to high a dosage etc.
