    increase the frequency of your injections this will equate to less volume of oil per shot and make it a lot easier. Also look into more injections sites – Chest – Lats etc….

    Rear delts are great if you can have someone do it for you with a slin pin.

    Hi Bud –
    I believe these are not genuine they look almost identical to some I had.

    I had a few boxes of these and ran them and they contain some sort of peptide that makes you hold some serious water which makes you think its growth but its not.

    The green should be a bit darker – would be good for some others to chime in also..

    All products are excellent.

    I buy the PRE/PUMP because if its late I wont want to use a lot of caffeine.

    so only use the pre on late days and both products when needed.

    Mega – let me know how you get along and if it improves.

    Another cause for lower back pumps is VERY TIGHT glutes.

    Your oestrogen and prolactin levels are very high –

    If they were my bloods i would add half arimidex M W F for 2 weeks and then run bloods again then alter dosage depnding on results again.

    A allergy to rice would be VERY rare – even @hilly with severe digestion issues can digest rice…

    When you say causing problems? what are the problems?

    Have you tried some digestive enzymes?

    20-40g glutamine a day can really help issues with Gut also.

    I can eat on tren fine. It’s v person dependant

    I am the same – I have been using Tren this off season and no issues such as bloating – gas – etc.

    Spices don’t impact your body fat IMO.

    Most are actually beneficial – As the above comment has pointed out.

    Unless you are really taking the piss and putting on 10 tablespoon of turmeric on your chicken breast etc which I highly doubt anyone is you should be fine.

    I season all my food with Indian spices in prep and even until the day off my show and have had 0 negative effects.

    What will impact fat is the Desi Ghee – fats – oils many Indians use in the Indian cooking.

    You are using oxy? you should see a difference with this compound within 2-3 days imo – I am running a very similar cycle and I put on 3lbs in a week just with the intro of OXYS.
