Legs on Sunday was very good and I got some all times pbs on some lifts and I am very close to reaching a PB on dumbell Rdls.
Back and delts planned tonight which should be very good.
(lots of carbs from yesterday free meal/birthday)Digestion has been very good recently even when having lots of red meat which normally would cause me issues.
Sleep is getting better everyday and cardio is being nailed every am.

Today was suppose to be a rest day – but recovery has improved.
Last night was a free meal (so I did my normal rest day beef and over chips with some extra chips coleshaw and a little ice cream)
Feeling mega this morning so going to go smash legs today

J my man – Every morning I do half a lemon (Juice) + 15g glutamine + 1 teaspoon fibre husk in 500ml hot/warm water and sip this while doing morning cardio I think It helps a lot.
Generally drink a lot of water – peppermint tea and green tea in the day which does help I find.
I split my meals out circa 3 hours which is great.

Weight 2 weeks ago was 179lbs
I was 185Lbs this AM. 6lbs increase.
Strength is up – Weight Is Up – Digestion is still fantastic.
Boss man has said to keep the diet as is for 1 more week and change to weekly checkins to keep things really pushing.
Hilly has also said to include 1 free meal a week which will most likely be big good quality beef burger or Steak with some chips and 1 dairy free ice cream.
Drugs are defo starting to hit good levels as sex drive is up – recovery is getting better – Generally feeling better also.

Yes @jevans I log book everything except for the occlusion stuff which is only done at the end off sessions.
If I could go back bro I would do what im doing now and focus on growing for longer and not competing – think I just rushed a lot of stuff – young and stupid.

Legs yesterday was very good workout with more progress than expected – almost 0 knee issues

Leg extension occlusion – All out fail.

Digestion ATM is amazing so hopefully this will stay like this for a while – WEIGHT WILL BE pushed to the max till end off may the its down time as its Ramadan and a time of year I like to have a good reset.
Cardio in the AM is defo key to helping my digestion.

You clearly have stated you cant afford to run bloods so im going to just give you some advice on WHAT I would do in your situation…
If I was you I would simply increase my adex to 0.5 everyday and see if it makes any difference…
IF not then I guess its a prolactin issue – and caber will be needed –
But all the above is guess work and no accurate but I hope you sort out the issue mate.

Right – this is your first proper cycle. I suggest you go back and watch the Jp vids on beginner cyles.
First Cycle Should be TEST ONLY IMO and at around 300-350mg mark at max – run bloods a few weeks in and see where this has your levels etc.
Regarding health – steroids are not healthy if you want to remain healthy don’t do steroids its that simple my man.

Feel absolutely Battered today
Hit Back and delts Monday – Hit arms and chest Tuesday – I have thrown in some occlusion bands in the end of my arm workout because mmm bored and I like to try new stuff. (Not to sure if I will keep these in but let see)
Tren a is defo already working as 2 days in and im getting night sweats – nothing to bad.
Today is a rest day so will get into bed extra early for some extra recovery – Might take the wife out for steak and chips later and replace meal 4 with this meal.
Joints for some reason are really hurting so I will be looking to add some extra health supplements to tackle this issue.
I am running everything CHIRON this blast so will give some review on this also later on.
Cardio is only 30 minutes every AM except legs but might speak to the boss man Hilly and see if I can increase as I really am enjoying the cardio right now.
