Current Diet since Monday after show Day – Weight on wake today 169.4lbs so only up circa 5lbs stage weight which is great for me as i have really controlled my eating which will only lead into a better off season. First time i have not lost control and binged daily.
Cardio is 30 minutes daily in the AM except on lower days.
Training Day-
Meal 1 β 150g cooked chicken breast with veg + 80g ground rice and 10g coconut oil
Meal 2 β 150g cooked chicken breast or 225g cooked basa + any veg or salad
Meal 3 β 150g cooked chicken breast or 225g cooked basa + any veg or salad
Meal 4 – 150g cooked chicken breast or 225g cooked basa + any veg or salad
Meal 5 – 100g cooked chicken breast or 1 tin tuna or 30g protein from whey + 80g ground rice and teaspoon coconut oil
Pre β 10g EAA+1 scoop INLF8 + 100mgs caffeine depending on feel.
Intra β 10g EAA + 1NFL8 + creatine
Meal 6 β 150g cooked chicken or 225g cooked basa or 2 scoop iso surge + 100g rice cripsies + tablespoon honey or 200g jasmine rice
Rest Day
I will fast 12 hours from my last meal the night before until Meal 1
Meal 1 β 2.5 scoops mutant iso surge and 15g nut butter
Meal 2 β 200g cooked chicken or 300g cooked basa plus any salad or veg + teaspoon coconut oil
Meal 3 β 150g cooked chicken breast with 200g jasmine rice
Meal 4 β 40g protein from tuna with 200g jasmine rice + veg
Meal 5 β 200g cooked chicken or 300g cooked basa plus any salad or veg and 1 tablespoon olive oil
Daily supps AM – Vitamin D3 – Nac – Hawthory Berry – Astragalus extract – Vitamin c – Krill oil – COQ10 – Vitamin K2 complex – Liv52ds – Digest
midday – Vitamin c 1000mg
Pre bed – Ashwaghanda + vitamin b6 (P5P) + magnesium + 5htp
Current Cycle – 300mg test 300mg mast weekly split into Monday Wednesday Friday
T3 @25mcg daily will drop this out in 4 weeks or whenever Hilly decides to.
Anavar 50mg 1 hour pre training days only.
Arimidex – 0.5 adex eod
Tamoxifen 10mg pre bedCurrent training Split is UPPER- LOWER- OFF repeat + extra rest day is fine depending on feel.
Food choices in my Diet are very simple and straight forward basic – My digestion is very good atm so will not be altering sources until my body really balances out after this rebound phase then i will change some protein sources to – prawns – salmon – beef – eggs etc.

i was using meditrope in the AM as was getting very lethargic/tired at work. I switched it to 1 hour pre gym and didnt notice any of the lethargy etc.

I honestly think the Prop ester does not react well in some people. I have tried test prop by magnus – swiss – rohm – dimensions -Malaya and always got pip in the injection site no matter how i pinned or how slow etc.
It is one ester that just cripples me.
But as the others have said make sure you are rotating sites

I believe SOY is not the best of protein sources thats why i alot of whey shakes always state (No soya)
I would personally replace the Soya yoghurt with Fage greekstyle π

SG stuff is normally very reliable bud. – Dimensions/Rohm/Swiss/Hilma labs are all very well spoken off on this forum. Ive used Rohm.Dimensions.Swiss and all have been G2G but everybatch wont be the same.

I went to Pakistan walked into a pharmacy and got Bayer testoviron ( 1 pack of 3 amps for Β£3) so stocked on these and also got bayer proviron ( box of 20 for Β£3.50) in some countries like pakistan/india etc you can get some excellent pharm grade stuff and also paying a little bit extra for a “PRESCRIPTION” is a great idea peace out.
