Your first cycle should be TEST only – this is the best way to go. I suggest you watch some of JPS vids on cycle 1 and 2 etc etc

Hey riz thanks for the answer, did you use lower or higher test than the other compouds? And tren was higher or lower than the other compound? Im planning on lowish tren and highish npp/eq.
I always used dht on my cutting cycles, so this is a first run of using nandrolone while shredding fat, but im aware its all about caloric deficit and other variables.. so im probably going go try the npp tren stack with low test
I actually ran 400 test 200 tren EQ 750 a week great cycle i did this on my rebound after a cutting phase.

You can defo cut with out DHT drugs!
On my cut last year i didnt use a single DHT and i did very well 🙂
Combo of TEST NPP AND TREN is very good if you can handle the sides – the first time i ran this cycle i had alot of shit going on in my life so the mental sides were awful and i had to stop as i simply could not tolerate the mental sides.
I then did this same cycle when i didnt have any stress/issues in my life and it was amazing i had hardly any mental sides at all 🙂 i did run bloods 4 weeks into to asses prolactin and estro etc
The other cycle u mention is test tren and EQ! this is and probably has been the best cycle i have done! i didnt get any mental sides at all. appetite was great the look was very good also.

I know most of guys are using creatine every day ,but is there any difference if we use creatine just on training day ?
i only use creatine on training days it works fine always feel a little fuller on it 🙂

As Matt says above it very well be that your are very sensitive so your bodys using up the carbs very FAST!
I would add a small amount of fats and see if this helps – Coconut oil would be ideal. Or change the protein for chicken breast which will slow down the digestion and this could help.
Another way would be to simply eat more or have a POST POST workout meal included in your daily plan.

Hi bud I am no expert but I do know ritalin can cause an increase in blood pressure in some people so I would defo keep an eye on this while running a cycle!

A slight increase (pre during or post) workout would be a good start imo. A slight increase eg 100-150 calories as you stated would be sufficient. Slow steady increases are always the best.
