Firstly – i would ask before starting a cycle….
Is his food on point?
is his training on point?
Pics would be great…but..
A great cycle to start with all begginers would be 250/300mg test e a week max.
I would not opt for any more as you will make great progress on this as your first cycle.
Look to pin MON AND THURSDAY if first time pining to allow yourself to get use the process.
MWF pins would be better imo.
i would look to run the cycle 8 weeks run bloods – see where health is then either prolong it or wrap it up.

Hi bud are you having any other spicy foods? hot sauces? etc? i find when using tren these can also make the issue worse

Hi jamie bud – When you are getting very low BF feeling a bit shitty is normal.
I myself would not be adding in extra intensity sets eg – drop sets etc.
You want to try and keep training the exact same – training more and doing more wont reap better results imo when you are already in a deficit.

Agree with the above – remove the oats – they are probably not digesting enough and your training and its causing heart burn – remove them- change for rice based carb instead.
Also leave a bit more time before training and meal pre meal.
also intra carbs are you using HBCD? or a something else?

Hi buddy you are still very young but clearly are dedicated thats why you are posting here.
I would not over complicate training.
i would simply right now do a UPPER LOWER SPLIT
UPPER LOWER OFF UPPER LOWER OFF OFF (Have the weekends to do what teenagers do lol)
I would not even have a UPPER A UPPER B
i would simply the run exact same program.
The amount of exercises you are stating you are doing above is ALOT.
quick example – top of my head of a decent upper lower split.
UPPER –
T BAR ROW X 2
PULL DOWNS X 2
INCLINE BENCH X2
PEC FLY X2
SHOULDER PRESS X2
SIDE LATERALS X2
DIPS X 2
LOWER
SQAUT X2
RDL X2
LEG EXTENSION X2
HAM CURL X 2
ADDUCTOR MOVE X2
BICEP X3
TRICEP MOVE X3
WORK SET THEN BACK OFF SET SIMPLE STUFF.
(Could add deadlift in somewhere above also)
AIM TO GET VERY strong. I dont think at your age a crazy routine is needed.
eat alot – train hard – stick to 1 set plan for a long time.
Rinse and repeat these sessions.
If you can try to fit in 4-6 meals a day if possible my man.

Reduce carbs for 1-2 days let the water drop off – get yourself together and then slowly return to a maintenance phase my man.
if you drop KCAL to low again you will just end binging again and again.
Tbh you could just return to maintenance calories right now and the water water would also drop of slowly.
Dont do anything extreme and you will be fine.
